| heal.abstract | Με αφορμή την αλματώδη ανάπτυξη της τεχνολογίας της κυτταρομετρίας ροής σε διάφορους ιατρικούς κλάδους και τομείς ολοκληρώθηκε η παρακάτω μεταπτυχιακή εργασία. Ειδικότερα, θα αναλυθεί σε 6 κεφάλαια αυτοτελή, αλλά και ρητά συνδεδεμένα μεταξύ τους, το μείζον θέμα των λεμφωμάτων και ειδικότερα των Τ-λεμφωμάτων, των οποίων η ετερογένεια και η κυτταροχημεία τους είναι πολύπλοκη και άγνωστη σε πολλές περιπτώσεις. Τα πρώτα κεφάλαια θα παρουσιάσουν τα γενικά στοιχεία των κυττάρων και τις μορφές των παθολογικών κυττάρων στις διάφορες υποομάδες λεμφωμάτων. Στη συνέχεια, θα περιγραφεί ο τρόπος λειτουργιάς του κυτταρομετρητή ροής και η αρχή μεθόδου του. Τα θέματα θα παρουσιαστούν με την ακόλουθη σειρά: τη λειτουργία των φυσιολογικών κυττάρων του αίματος και πως ‘’συμπεριφέρονται ‘’ σε παθολογικές καταστάσεις, τον τρόπο λειτουργίας του κυτταρομετρητη ροής σε αυτά τα πεδία και την πολύτιμη βοήθεια του στη πρόγνωση, έγκαιρη διάγνωση και αποτελεσματική θεραπεία των λεμφωμάτων και πιο ειδικά των Τ-λεμφωμάτων. Στα τελευταία 2 κεφάλαια παρατίθενται 10 περιστατικά διαφόρων τύπων Τ-λεμφωμάτων σε πλήρη εικόνα κατά τη διάγνωση από την κυτταρομετρία ροής, η ιστολογική εξέταση και περαιτέρω μοριακές τεχνικές για επιπλέον διαγνωστική αξία. Επίσης, θα παρουσιαστούν τα τελευταία δεδομένα της βιβλιογραφίας για τις θεραπείες και την περαιτέρω εξέλιξη της κυτταρομετρίας ροής. Τέλος, η εργασία θα ολοκληρωθεί με τα συμπεράσματα από την πλευρά του συγγραφέα και των επιστημόνων που ασχολήθηκαν για την αποσαφήνιση του μείζονος θέματος των Τ-λεμφωμάτων. Είναι σημαντικό να τονιστεί πως η εργασία έχει καταγραφεί βάσει των κανόνων που διέπουν τα προσωπικά δικαιώματα των ασθενών . | el |
| heal.abstract | Due to the rapid development of flow cytometry technology in various medical disciplines and fields, the following postgraduate thesis was completed. In particular, the main topic of lymphomas and especially of T-lymphomas, which their heterogeneity and their cytochemistry are complex and unknown in many cases, will be analyzed in 6 chapters independently and explicitly related to each other. The first chapters will present the general data of the cells and the forms of pathological cells in the various subgroups of lymphomas. It will then describe how the machine of flow cytometer works and its principle of method . The order in which the topics will be presented is the function of normal blood cells and how they behave in pathological conditions. Also, to understand how flow cytometer works in these fields and its valuable help in prognosis, early diagnosis and effective treatment of lymphomas and more specifically of T-lymphomas. In the last two chapters, there are 10 incidents of different types of T-lymphomas, in full picture when diagnosed by flow cytometry, histological examination and further molecular techniques for additional diagnostic value. Also, the latest literature data on therapies and the further development of flow cytometry will be presented. Finally, the work will conclude with the conclusions from the author and the scientists who have dealt with the clarification of the major issue of T-lymphocytes and recorded at work under the rules governing patients' personal rights. | en |
