| heal.abstract | Η αιμορραγία πεπτικού αποτελεί ενα σημαντικό πρόβλημα στον ενδοσκοπικό χώρο. Προέρχεται είτε απο το ανώτερο ή το κατώτερο πεπτικό και συνεπώς σε επείγουσα κατάσταση έχει σοβαρές επιπτώσεις για τον ασθενή. Κατα την πάθηση αυτή ο οργανισμός αδυνατεί να αναπληρώσει τα στοιχεία που χρειάζεται για να λειτουργήσει σωστά καθώς κατα την ταχύτατη απώλεια αίματος δημιουργούνται διάφορες επιπλοκές. Επομένως ο ρόλος του νοσηλευτή αλλα και των επαγγελματιών υγείας είναι σημαντικός για την πρόληψη την αντιμετώπιση αλλα και την αποτελεσματική φροντίδα, πρίν, κατα τη διάρκεια και μετά την ενδοσκόπηση. Υπάρχουν αρκετές πρόσφατες μελέτες που αναδεικνύουν τον ενδοσκοπικό νοσηλευτή ως εναν επαγγελματία υγείας που ο ρόλος του είναι ιδιαίτερα σημαντικός στην υποστήριξη του ασθενή αλλα και την οργάνωση του ενδοσκοπικού εργαστηρίου. Στην παρούσα μελέτη διερευνήθηκε η νοσηλευτική διεργασία μέσω της βιβλιογραφικής ανασκόπησης και επίσης μελετήθηκε δείγμα 105 ασθενών με που προσήλθαν με αιμορραγία στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο Ιωαννίνων και ενδοσκοπήθηκαν στο Ηπατο – Γαστρεντερολογικό εργαστήριο. Το δείγμα διαμορφώθηκε μέσω φύλλων καταγραφής και απο ασθενείς που νοσηλεύονταν ήδη στην Παθολογική και Χειρουργική κλινική αλλα και απο έκτακτα περιστατικά. Οι πληροφορίες καταγράφηκαν απο το ιστορικό των ασθενών και τις ενδοσκοπικές εκθέσεις. Απο την παραπάνω διαδικασία προκύπτει οτι η αιμορραγία ήταν αντιμετωπίσιμη σε ενα αρκετά μεγάλο ποσοστό χωρίς να υπάρχουν επιπλοκές απο την θεραπευτική ενδοσκόπηση. Επίσης η διαδικασία της αιμόστασης βοήθησε κυρίως αιμορραγίες με εστία στο ανώτερο πεπτικό. Αξίζει να αναφερθεί οτι η θεραπευτική διαδικασία βοήθησε αρκετά στην ίαση του ασθενούς χωρίς να γίνει χειρουργική παρέμβαση. Όσο αφορά τους νοσηλευτές, η εξέλιξη της τεχνολογίας συμβαδίζει με την εξέλιξη του κλάδου καθώς μέσω της συνεχιζόμενης εκπαίδευσης και την ασύγχρονη τεχνολογία θα βελτιωθεί σημαντικά το καθηκοντολόγιο του ενδοσκοπικού νοσηλευτή και συνεπώς θα διαβαθμιστεί η εξέλιξη του στο χώρο. | el |
| heal.abstract | Digestive bleeding is a major problem in the endoscopic area. It comes from either the upper or lower digestive tract and therefore in an emergency it has serious consequences for the patient. During this condition, the body is unable to replenish the information it needs to function properly as there are various complications during rapid blood loss. Therefore, the role of the nurse and health professionals is important in preventing the treatment but also in providing effective care before, during and after endoscopy. There are several recent studies highlighting the endoscopic nurse as a health professional whose role is particularly important in supporting the patient but also in organizing the endoscopic laboratory. The present study investigated the nursing process through a bibliographic review and also studied a sample of 105 patients with bleeding at the University Hospital of Ioannina and endoscopic at the Hepatostroenterology Laboratory. The sample was drawn up through recording sheets and from patients who were already hospitalized in the Pathological and Surgical Clinic but also from emergencies. The information was recorded from patient history and endoscopic reports. The above procedure shows that the bleeding was manageable at a fairly large rate without complications from therapeutic endoscopy. Also the hemostasis process mainly helped with hemorrhage in the upper digestive tract. It is worth mentioning that the healing process has helped a lot in healing the patient without having to undergo surgery. As for nurses, the evolution of technology is in line with the evolution of the industry, as continuing education and asynchronous technology will significantly improve the endoscopic nurse's dignity and thus improve its progress in the field. | en |
