| heal.abstract | Η Ήπειρος αποτελεί γεωγραφική περιφέρεια των ΝΔ Βαλκανίων. Εκτείνεται από το Ιόνιο πέλαγος στα δυτικά έως την οροσειρά της Πίνδου στα ανατολικά και από τον Αμβρακικό κόλπο στα νότια έως τον κόλπο του Αυλώνα και τα Κεραύνια όρη στο Βορρά. Σήμερα η Ήπειρος είναι διαιρεμένη μεταξύ της περιφέρειας Ηπείρου στη ΒΔ Ελλάδα και τους νομούς Αυλώνα, Αργυροκάστρου και Μπεράτι στη Ν. Αλβανία. Ευρήματα της Τελικής Νεολιθικής και Πρώιμης Εποχής του Χαλκού στην Ήπειρο αποτελούν οι οικισμοί στα Δολιανά Ιωαννίνων (3770-2925 π.Χ.), στην Αγία Μαρίνα Πεδινής Ιωαννίνων (3900-3000 π.Χ.) και στην Γκούτσουρα Παραμυθιάς Θεσπρωτίας (2920-2400 π.Χ.). Ακόμη, ένδεκα χάλκινοι πελέκεις και μία χάλκινη σμίλη, που βρέθηκαν σε επτά θέσεις της Ηπείρου, χρονολογούνται στη 3η χιλιετία π.Χ. και δίνουν έμμεσες πληροφορίες για την Πρώιμη Εποχή του Χαλκού. Η κεραμική των οικισμών και οι χάλκινοι πελέκεις δείχνουν επαφές των κατοίκων της Ηπείρου με πληθυσμούς άλλων περιοχών μέσα από ένα δίκτυο μετακινήσεων, επαφών και ανταλλαγών που καταλάμβανε μία μεγάλη περιοχή εκτός Ηπείρου. Φανερώνουν πως η Ήπειρος κατά την Τελική Νεολιθική και Πρώιμη Εποχή του Χαλκού ήταν στραμμένη προς τον Αδριατικό Βορρά, τα δυτικά και κεντρικά Βαλκάνια. | el |
| heal.abstract | Epirus is a geographical region of the Western Balkans. It extends from the Ionian Sea to the west to the Pindos Mountains to the east and from the Ambracian Gulf to the south to the Gulf of Vlora and the Ceraunian Mountains to the north. Today Epirus is divided between the region of Epirus in NW Greece and the prefectures of Vlora, Argyrokastro and Berat in southern Albania. Findings of the Final Neolithic and Early Bronze Age in Epirus include settlements in Doliana Ioannina (3770-2925 BC), Ayia Marina Pedini Ioannina (3900-3000 BC) and Goutsoura Paramythia Thesprotia (2920-2400 π.Χ.). Also, eleven copper axes and a copper chisel, found at seven sites in Epirus, date back to the 3rd millennium BC and give indirect information about the Early Bronze Age. The pottery of the settlements and the copper axes demonstrate communication and contacts between the inhabitants of Epirus and the inhabitants of other regions through a network of population movements, contacts and exchanges that extended over a large area outside Epirus. They show that Epirus during the Final Neolithic and Early Bronze Age was orientated towards the Adriatic North, the western and central Balkans. | en |
