| heal.abstract | Η συγκεκριμένη μεταπτυχιακή εργασία έχει ως στόχο τη μελέτη, την καταγραφή και τη σύγκριση της συμπεριφοράς κεραμικών δοκιμίων αλουμίνας έξι διαφορετικών τιμών πορώδους, μέσω της παρατήρησης και ανάλυσης δεδομένων που προέκυψαν από τη μέθοδο των υπερήχων, με τελικό στόχο την κατανόηση των ελαστικών ιδιοτήτων της αλουμίνας σε άμεση εξάρτηση με το πορώδες. Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο της διπλωματικής εργασίας παρουσιάζει χρήσιμες πληροφο-ρίες σχετικά με την αλουμίνα, όπως η περιγραφή των ιδιοτήτων της, οι μέθοδοι προέ-λευσης και παρασκευής της, καθώς και η αναφορά της σε τεχνολογικές εφαρμογές. Επί-σης, αναφέρεται στις τεχνικές Μη Καταστροφικού Ελέγχου, αναλύοντας διεξοδικά τη μέθοδο των υπερήχων με βάση το θεωρητικό της υπόβαθρο, τις εφαρμογές και τον ε-ξοπλισμό της. Τέλος περιγράφει το σκοπό της εργασίας. Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο περιγράφει τα υλικά, τον πειραματικό εξοπλισμό και διαδι-κασία των πειραμάτων που πραγματοποιήθηκαν κατά τη διάρκεια της διπλωματικής εργασίας, αναφέροντας τα χαρακτηριστικά των δοκιμίων και παρουσιάζοντας τα αναλυ-τικά δεδομένα που ελήφθησαν μέσω της μεθόδου των υπερήχων για την ορθή κατανό-ηση και αποτίμηση των τελικών αποτελεσμάτων. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται τα αποτελέσματα των πειραμάτων, και στο τέταρτο εξάγονται τα συμπεράσματα από τη διπλωματική εργασία και προτείνονται θέματα για μελλοντική έρευνα. | el |
| heal.abstract | This Master Thesis aims at recording and comparison of the behavior of ceramic alumina samples of various (six) porosity values through the observation and analysis of data obtained from the ultrasonic method, with the ultimate goal of the understanding of the elastic properties of alumina in a direct dependence on porosity. The first chapter of this thesis aims to present information on alumina, such as its properties, the methods of origin and manufacture, and a reference to technological ap-plications. It also presents the non-destructive testing techniques, analyze in detail the ultrasonic method and the theoretical background, the applications and the equipment. Finally, it describes the aim of the Thesis. The second chapter describes the materials, the experimental equipment and the procedure of the experiments carried out during the diploma thesis. The properties evaluated by the tests, the analytical data obtained with the ultraviolet method, as well as issues related to the correct understanding and the evaluation of the final results are thoroughly presented. In the third chapter, the results of the experiments are presented. The fourth chapter summarizes the conclusions of the Thesis and proposes topics for future re-search. | en |
