| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία έχει ως στόχο να διερευνήσει τον επικοινωνιακό ρόλο του διευθυντή στην αποτελεσματική λειτουργία της σχολικής μονάδας. Ειδικότερα, παρουσιάζονται και αναλύονται οι απόψεις 107 εκπαιδευτικών πρωτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης της περιφέρειας Ηπείρου σχετικά με τη σημασία των επικοινωνιακών δεξιοτήτων του διευθυντικού στελέχους στο χώρο της εκπαίδευσης, καθώς επίσης και τη συμβολή τους στην αποτελεσματικότητα του σχολείου. Επιπλέον, επιχειρείται η διερεύνηση, με βάση της απόψεις των εκπαιδευτικών, του εάν και κατά πόσο οι διευθυντές των σχολικών μονάδων ασκούν τον επικοινωνιακό τους ρόλο τόσο με τα μέλη της σχολικής κοινότητας (διδάσκοντες, μαθητές), όσο και με εξωτερικούς φορείς που εμπλέκονται στη λειτουργία της (ανώτερες εκπαιδευτικές αρχές, τοπική κοινωνία, γονείς μαθητών). Από την ανάλυση των δεδομένων προκύπτει πως οι εκπαιδευτικοί πρωτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης θεωρούν άκρως σημαντικές τις επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες των διευθυντικών στελεχών και τονίζουν τη συμβολή τους στην αποτελεσματική λειτουργία ενός σχολικού οργανισμού. Επιπρόσθετα, σύμφωνα με τη πλειοψηφία του εκπαιδευτικού πληθυσμού, οι διευθυντές των σχολικών μονάδων ασκούν με επιτυχία των επικοινωνιακό τους ρόλο και μεριμνούν τόσο για την εσωτερική όσο και για την εξωτερική επικοινωνία της σχολική μονάδας της οποίας ηγούνται. | el |
| heal.abstract | This study aims to explore the manager's communication role in the effective operation of a school unit. Specifically, the opinions of 107 elementary education teachers in the region of Epirus are presented and analyzed on the importance of the manager’s communication skills in the field of education, as well as their contribution to the effectiveness of a school organization. In addition, it is investigated whether and to what extent school administrators exercise their communicative role not only with members of the school community (teachers, pupils) but also with external entities which influence the school functioning (higher education authorities, local society, pupils’ parents). The statistical analysis of the data shows that primary school teachers consider the managers’ communication skills to be of utmost importance and they emphasize its importance to the effective functioning of a school organization.
