| heal.abstract | Η νοσηλευτική, ως ανθρωπιστική επιστήμη, προσφέρει τις υπηρεσίες της στην θεραπεία του ασθενούς. Έτσι, κάθε νοσηλευτικός χειρισμός εμπεριέχει την πιθανότητα λάθους και αυτό γιατί συνδέεται άμεσα με τον άνθρωπο. Λάθος δεν είναι μόνο το αποτέλεσμα του «λανθάνειν» αλλά και η αποτυχία στην εκτίμηση, η αστοχία, η απροσεξία, το σφάλμα ή η παράλειψη. Επομένως, παρά την πρόοδο της τεχνολογίας, των επιστημών και την ανάπτυξη του κοινωνικού και βιοτικού επιπέδου λάθη εξακολουθούν να συμβαίνουν και αυτό μπορεί να συμβαίνει εξαιτίας άλλων παραγόντων όπως η ψυχολογική κατάσταση του νοσηλευτή ή ακόμη και η προσωπικότητά του. Αυτό που κρίνεται ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό στις περιπτώσεις των νοσηλευτικών λαθών είναι οι αναπαραστάσεις των νοσηλευτών και φοιτητών νοσηλευτικής ως προς τα νοσηλευτικά λάθη και οι νοηματοδοτήσεις που θα οδηγήσουν το προσωπικό αφήγημα των νοσηλευτών απέναντι στα νοσηλευτικά λάθη. Αυτές οι αναπαραστάσεις στο χώρο της υγείας και της ασθένειας μελετήθηκαν από τη Herzlich (1992) όπου και διαπιστώθηκε ότι η υγεία δεν χρειάζεται καμία εξήγηση σε αντίθεση από την ασθένεια που χρειάζεται κάποια εξήγηση. Τα θέματα όμως της αλληλεπίδρασης και της αλληλεξάρτησης μεταξύ της πραγματικής μελέτης της κοινωνικής επιστήμης στο πεδίο της δημόσιας υγείας και της φροντίδας της υγείας μελετήθηκαν τα τελευταία χρόνια (Medik & Osipov, 2008). | el |
| heal.abstract | Nursing, as a humanistic science, offers its services for the patient’s treatment. Every nursing error contains the possibility of an error because it is directly related to human beings. Wrong is not only the result of “making a mistake” but also the failure in discovery, failure, inattention ,error on omission. Therefore, despite the advances in technology ,science and the development of social and living standards , errors are still occurring and this might be due to other factors and mainly the psychological state of the physician or even his personality. What is particularly important in case of nursing errors is the representations of nurses and nursing students about the nursing errors and the explanations that will lead to the personal narration of nurses to nursing errors. These representations in the field of health and illness were studied by Herzlich (1992) where it was found that health does not need any explanation in contrast to the illness that needs some explanation. However, the issues of interaction and interdependence between the actual study of social science in the field of public health have been studied in recent years (Medik & Osipov, 2008). | en |
