| heal.abstract | εματικό πεδίο της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας αποτελεί η Ειδική Αγωγή και Εκπαίδευση (ΕΑΕ). Πιο συγκεκριμένα, η παρούσα εργασία αποτελεί μια συγκριτική μελέτη της Ειδικής Αγωγής και Εκπαίδευσης (ΕΑΕ) όπως αυτή παρέχεται σε δύο χώρες: στην Ελλάδα και στη Φιλανδία. Η επιλογή της Φινλανδίας στηρίζεται στο γεγονός ότι η συγκεκριμένη χώρα θεωρείται πρότυπο στο χώρο της παγκόσμιας εκπαιδευτικής πραγματικότητας και διαθέτει ένα επιτυχημένο εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα. Αρχικά, γίνεται μια σύντομη επισκόπηση της ιστορίας της Ειδικής Αγωγής και. Εκπαίδευσης. Στη συνέχεια, αναλύεται η έννοια της Ειδικής Αγωγής και Εκπαίδευσης και οι σκοποί της σύμφωνα με την Ελληνική και Φινλανδική Νομοθεσία αντίστοιχα. Επίσης, εξετάζεται η ιστορική εξέλιξη της Ειδικής Αγωγής και Εκπαίδευσης στις δύο προαναφερθείσες χώρες. Επιπλέον, μελετώνται το νομοθετικό πλαίσιο που ισχύει για την Ειδική Αγωγή στην Ελλάδα και στη Φινλανδία, ο τρόπος εκπαίδευσης των παιδιών με ειδικές εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες, οι θεσμοί της ΕΑΕ στις δυο χώρες, οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες, καθώς επίσης και η εκπαίδευση και η επιμόρφωση των εκπαιδευτικών σχετικά με την ΕΑΕ. Τέλος, προσεγγίζονται συγκριτικά οι δυο χώρες και ακολουθούν συμπεράσματα και προτάσεις σχετικά με τις ομοιότητες και διαφορές ανάμεσα στο σύστημα της Ειδικής Αγωγής και Εκπαίδευσης στην Ελλάδα και στη Φινλανδία αντίστοιχα και ειδικότερα στα θέματα που προαναφέρθηκαν, με σκοπό τη βελτίωση του εκπαιδευτικού έργου και την αναβάθμιση της ποιότητας της Ειδικής Αγωγής και Εκπαίδευσης στην ελληνική εκπαιδευτική πραγματικότητα. | el |
| heal.abstract | The theme of this thesis is Special Education. More specifically, this paper is a comparative study of Special Education as provided in two countries: Greece and Finland. The choice of Finland is based on the fact that Finland is considered as a model in the global educational reality space and has a successful education system. Initially, the first chapter is a brief overview of the history of Special Education.Then, the concept and the objectives of Special Education are analyzed according to the Greek and Finnish legislation respectively. The historical development of Special Education of the two countries is also investigated. In addition, the following are studied: the legal framework of Special Education in Greece and Finland, the way of educating children with special educational needs, the institutions of Special Education of the two countries, the services provided to the children with special educational needs as well as the education and training of special education teachers. Finally, there is a comparative approach of the three countries and conclusions and proposals are made on the similarities and differences between the special education system in Greece and Finland respectively, and in particular on the issues mentioned above, in order to improve the educational process and the quality of Special Education in the Greek educational reality. | en |
