| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας μελέτης είναι η διερεύνηση του επιπέδου της επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης των νοσηλευτών που εργάζονται στο Νοσοκομείο Παίδων «Π. & Α. Κυριακού». Μελετάται επίσης η σχέση των τριών διαστάσεων της επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης (συναισθηματική εξάντληση, αποπροσωποποίηση και έλλειψη προσωπικών επιτευγμάτων) με διάφορα δημογραφικά χαρακτηριστικά του δείγματος (φύλο, ηλικία, σπουδές, έτη προϋπηρεσίας). Το δείγμα αποτέλεσαν 153 νοσηλευτές που εργάζονταν σε διάφορα νοσηλευτικά τμήματα, εκ των οποίων οι 131 ήταν γυναίκες και οι 22 άνδρες. Έγινε διαχωρισμός των τμημάτων σε ειδικά και απλά τμήματα, με κριτήριο την πολιτική που ακολουθεί το νοσοκομείο και το διαχωρισμό με βάση τις ειδικές παροχές που δίνονται (άδεια, επίδομα). Για τη μέτρηση του επιπέδου επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης χρησιμοποιήθηκε το ερωτηματολόγιο καταγραφής της επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης των Maslach και Jackson (1986). Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν ότι η επαγγελματική εξουθένωση των νοσηλευτών οι οποίοι εργάζονται στο Νοσοκομείο Παίδων «Π. & Α. Κυριακού» κυμάνθηκε σε μέτρια επίπεδα. Στατιστικώς σημαντικές διαφορές εντοπίστηκαν μόνο για τον παράγοντα συναισθηματική εξάντληση σε σχέση με τις υπό μελέτη υπόλοιπες μεταβλητές. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, δεν παρατηρήθηκε σημαντική διαφοροποίηση στις τρεις διαστάσεις της επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης αναφορικά με το φύλο, ενώ οι μεγαλύτεροι σε ηλικία και περισσότερο έμπειροι συμμετέχοντες δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης που εργάζονται στα απλά τμήματα ανέφεραν υψηλότερα επίπεδα συναισθηματικής εξάντλησης. | el |
| heal.abstract | The aim of the present study is to investigate the level of burnout syndrome among nurses that work in the Hospital for child "P. & A. Kyriakou". Is studied also the relation of three dimensions of the burnout syndrome (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment) with various demographic characteristics of sample (sex, age, study, years of previous experience). The sample of the study comprised 153 nurses that worked in various nursing departments, from which the 131 were women and the 22 men. Became segregation of departments in special and simple departments, with criterion the policy that follows the hospital and the segregation with base the special benefits that are given (days off, bonus). For the measurement of the level of burnout syndrome was used the Maslach Burnout Inventory (1986). The results showed that the burnout syndrome of nurses which works in the Hospital for child "P. & A. Kyriakou" oscillated in mediocre levels. Statistically important differences were located only for the factor emotional exhaustion concerning the under study remainder variables. More concretely, was not observed important differentiation in three dimensions of burn-out syndrome in regard to the sex, while bigger in age and more experienced participating with secondary education that works in the simple departments reported higher levels of emotional exhaustion. | en |
