| heal.abstract | Ο σκοπός της παρούσας έρευνας ήταν να μελετήσει το ποσοστό των εργαζόμενων νοσηλευτών που πάσχουν από μυοσκελετικά προβλήματα που προκαλούνται από την εργασία, να βρει τους παράγοντες που επηρεάζουν την ποιότητα ζωής του και να εκτιμήσει τη σχέση της ποιότητας ζωής τους με το αίσθημα της αισιοδοξίας. Το δείγμα αποτέλεσαν 276 νοσηλευτές. Τα ερωτηματολόγια που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν είναι το ερωτηματολόγιο της υγείας 12 ερωτήσεων (SF12), το ερωτηματολόγιο στάσης απέναντι στη ζωή (LOT-R) αφού σταθμίστηκε και μεταφράστηκε για την παρούσα μελέτη και η κλίμακα VAS για την μέτρηση του πόνου. Σύμφωνα με τις αναλύσεις παλινδρόμησης που πραγματοποιήθηκαν ή διάθεση της αισιοδοξίας αποτελεί έναν ανεξάρτητο παράγοντα που επιδρά τόσο στο μοντέλο της σωματικής όσο και της πνευματικής υγείας στους νοσηλευτές με μυοσκελετικά προβλήματα ανεξάρτητα από την επίδραση του πόνου λόγω του προβλήματος. | el |
| heal.abstract | The aim of the present study was to observe the percentage of nurses suffering from Musculoskeletal disorders that emanate from work, find the factors that influence the quality of their life and to appreciate the relation of their quality of life in connection to the disposition of optimism. The sample constituted of 276 nurses. The questionnaires that were used are the Short form health questionnaire (12 questions) (SF12), the life orientation test-revised (LOT-R) after validation and translation for the present study, and a VAS scale for the measurement of pain. According to the regression analyses dispositional optimism constitutes an independent factor that affects equally and independently from other variables in bodily and mental health in the population of nurses with Musculoskeletal disorders. | en |
