| heal.abstract | Η εργασία με θέμα «Διερεύνηση του συνδρόμου επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης στους νοσηλευτές της Αιματολογικής κλινικής του ΠΓΝ Ιωαννίνων» εκπονήθηκε στα πλαίσια της διπλωματικής εργασίας για το ΠΜΣ «Νοσηλευτική Παθολογία». Αρχικά αναφέρονται στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο ο στόχος και οι σκοποί που τον εξυπηρετούν. Μέσω της δημιουργίας ερευνητικής ερώτησης (P.I.C.O.) αιτιολογείται το σκεπτικό της εργασίας. Ακολουθεί αναστοχασμός με τη χρήση προσωπικού σχετικού παραδείγματος. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση: περιγράφεται το υπόβαθρο του θέματος, η συστηματική βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση και οι μηχανές αναζήτησης που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν, ακολουθεί κριτική ανάλυση της βιβλιογραφίας και τέλος το ερευνητικό κενό που υπάρχει και που αποτέλεσε κριτήριο για την διεξαγωγή της συγκεκριμένης εργασίας. Ο σχεδιασμός της έρευνας περιγράφεται αναλυτικά στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο: η επιστημονική θέση και η μεθοδολογία που έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί, η δειγματοληπτική τεχνική, τα κριτήρια αποδοχής και αποκλεισμού του δείγματος, η περιγραφή του, ο χώρος που διεξήχθη, η μέθοδος με την οποία συλλέχθηκαν τα δεδομένα, η μέθοδος ανάλυσης τους και η ηθική της έρευνας. Στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας: οι θεματικές ενότητες και η στατιστική ανάλυση των δεδομένων. Ακολουθεί περίληψη των αποτελεσμάτων. Το έκτο κεφάλαιο περιλαμβάνει συσχετισμούς των θεματικών ενοτήτων της έρευνας με την ευρύτερη βιβλιογραφία, γίνεται αξιολόγηση της ερευνητικής διαδικασίας και τέλος προτείνονται τρόποι εφαρμογής των αποτελεσμάτων. Στο τελευταίο έβδομο κεφάλαιο καταλήγουμε στα συμπεράσματα της συγκεκριμένης έρευνας. Στο παράρτημα της εργασίας, μετά τη λίστα παραπομπών, συμπεριλαμβάνεται το Ερευνητικό Πρωτόκολλο, το έντυπο πληροφόρησης των συμμετεχόντων και ενήμερης συγκατάθεσης και τέλος το ερωτηματολόγιο που χρησιμοποιήθηκε. | el |
| heal.abstract | The project has title "Investigation of the occupational exhaustion syndrome in nurses in nurses in the Hematology clinic of the University Hospital of loannina". Firstly, the second chapter mentions the purpose and goals of research. Through the creation of a research question (P.I.C.O.), the rationale of the project is justified. Followed by a reflection using the personal example. In the third chapter a bibliographic review is made: the background of the subject is described, the databases which used, critical bibliography analysis and at last, the research gap. The design of the research is described in detail in the fourth chapter: the scientific position and methodology which used, the sampling technique, the criteria for acceptance and exclusion of the sample, its description, the place taken, the method by which the data were collected, the method of analysis and the ethics of the survey. In the fifth chapter are presented the result of the survey: the thematic units and the statistical analysis of the data. Here is a summary of the results. The sixth chapter contains correlation of the thematic units of the research with the broader literature, an evaluation of the research process is carried out and finally, ways of applying the results are proposed. In the last seventh chapter we come to the conclusion of this research. In the appendix to the paper, after the referral list, there is the Research Protocol, the information from for the participants and informed consent and the questionnaire used were included. | en |
