We describe a case of adamantinoma of the distal tibia in a 31-year-old woman. Segmental resection of the part of the tibia containing the tumour in normal bone was done and the bone defect was bridged with bone transport and external fixation. The tibia healed uneventfully and one year after the operation the patient resumed full activity. Three years postoperatively no local recurrence or metastasis has occurred.en
