| heal.abstract | Multiphoton processes in open laboratory air have been studied in the spectral range 224-230 nm using a simple 'open-to-the-atmosphere' ionization detector. A number of oxygen molecular (O2) and atomic (O) transitions have been identified in this region. It is pointed out that this information is essential if multiphoton laser analytical techniques are applied in an open air regime as well as to predominantly air samples containing trace quantities of environmentally sensitive compounds. | en |
