Multiple primary malignant rumors in the same patient are very rare. Moreover, cases with primary ovarian and renal cell carcinoma in the same patient is an extremely rare phenomenon. In this report, a case with these two primaries is described. Concomitantly, some data suggesting a relationship of these primaries with the hypothesis of hormone dependency of renal cell carcinoma is presented.en
