| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα μελέτη θα βασιστεί στην έρευνα σε βάθος του ανεξερεύνητου αρχειακού υλικού που υπάρχει στα δημοτικά σχολεία του Νομού Αττικής, τα οποία συνεχίζουν τη λειτουργία τους μέχρι σήμερα, στη συγκέντρωση, καταγραφή, ταξινόμηση και λεπτομερή παρουσίαση όλων των νομοθετικών κειμένων της περιόδου 1897-1922, τα οποία αφορούν τη βασική εκπαίδευση καθώς και στην μελέτη, αποδελτίωση και αξιοποίηση Δελτίων – Περιοδικών και Ειδικών Εκδόσεων της περιόδου με εκπαιδευτικό περιεχόμενο. Στόχος της μελέτης αυτής είναι να διαπιστωθούν και να αναλυθούν οι πραγματικές συνθήκες λειτουργίας των Δημοτικών Σχολείων την χρονική περίοδο 1897-1922, το επίπεδο μόρφωσης των εκπαιδευτικών που διδάσκουν καθώς και η εξάρτησή τους από την τοπική άρχουσα τάξη. Για να προσεγγίσουμε μεθοδολογικά το θέμα μας, Η βασική εκπαίδευση στο Νομό Αττικής την περίοδο 1897-1922, εργαστήκαμε με βάση τις θέσεις της ιστορικής έρευνας-μεθόδου. Η ιστορική έρευνα στην εκπαίδευση μπορεί να δείξει «πώς και γιατί αναπτύχθηκαν εκπαιδευτικές θεωρίες και πρακτικές» και να μας βοηθήσει «να κατανοήσουμε πώς έχει εμφανιστεί το παρόν εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα» Η βασική εκπαίδευση στο Νομό Αττικής την περίοδο 1897-1922, διαφοροποιείται ανάλογα με το φύλο των μαθητών, το χρόνο φοίτησης, παρουσιάζοντας διαφορετικά minimum εκπαίδευσης (4-6 χρόνια), και τα μαθήματα που διδάσκονται. Έτσι η έννοια της υποχρεωτικής φοίτησης οδηγεί σε μαθητές δύο κατηγοριών ανάλογα με το είδος του σχολείου στο οποίο φοιτούν και τα μαθήματα που έχουν διδαχθεί, παρά το γεγονός ότι στο Νομό Αττικής τα γραμματοδιδασκαλεία, μέχρι το 1905, και τα κοινά δημοτικά σχολεία μέχρι το 1921 αποτελούν ένα μικρό ποσοστό των σχολείων , το οποίο βαίνει μειούμενο με την πάροδο των χρόνων. Τα χαρακτηριστικά αυτά διαρκούν μέχρι το τέλος της περιόδου, όταν η νομοθετική εξίσωση των κοινών δημοτικών σχολείων με τα μονοτάξια πλήρη δημοτικά σχολεία, ανοίγει ευοίωνες προοπτικές για την άρση των ανισοτήτων ως προς το χρόνο φοίτησης και την παρεχόμενη γνώση στους μαθητές. Αντιμετωπίζει σοβαρές απώλειες μαθητικού πληθυσμού λόγω των ποσοστών μη φοίτησης και ταυτόχρονα παρουσιάζει υψηλά ποσοστά απόρριψης μαθητών ιδιαίτερα στις μικρές τάξεις. Παράλληλα όλα αυτά τα χρόνια, 1897-1922, αντιμετωπίζει σοβαρά προβλήματα υποδομών, τα οποία ωστόσο δεν είναι εύκολο να αντιμετωπιστούν, λόγω των υψηλών οικονομικών απαιτήσεων. Επιλέγεται έτσι η λύση της μίσθωσης διδακτηρίων για την κάλυψη των κτιριακών αναγκών. | el |
| heal.abstract | The present study will be based on the research of in-depth unexplored archival material that exists in the municipal schools of Prefecture Attica, which continue their operation up to today, in the concentration, recording, classification and in detail presentation of all legislative texts of period 1897-1922, which concerns the basic education as well as in the study and exploitation of Bulletins - Periodical and Special Publications of period with educational content. Objective of this study is to realize and analyze the real conditions of operation of Municipal Schools time period 1897-1922, the level of education of teachers that teaches as well as their dependence from the local chief order. In order to methodologically approach our subject, the basic education in the Prefecture Attica period 1897-1922, we worked with base the places of historical research-method. The historical research in the education can show “how and because were developed educational theories and practical” and to help us “comprehend how has presented the present educational system”. The basic education in the Prefecture Attica period 1897-1922, is differentiated depending on the sex of students, per year study, presenting otherwise minimum education (4-6 years), and the courses that are taught. Thus the significance of obligatory study leads to students of two categories depending on the type of school in which they study and the courses that they have been taught, despite the fact that in the Prefecture Attica grammatodidaskaleia, up to 1905, and the common municipal schools up to 1921 they constitute a small percentage of schools, which goes decreased with the byway of years. This characteristics last up to the end of period, when the legislative equation of common municipal schools with the oneclass complete municipal schools, opens auspicious prospects for the lifting of inequalities as for per year study and the provided knowledge in the students. It simultaneously faces serious losses of school population because the rates of not study and presents high rates of reject of students particularly in the small orders. At the same time during the period 1897-1922, face serious problems of infrastructures, which however it is not easy they are faced, because the high economic requirements.
