| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία ασχολείται με την αμπελοκαλλιέργεια. Μέσα από τα κεφάλαια της εργασίας αναλύεται η πορεία της αμπελοκαλλιέργειας στον Ελλαδικό χώρο αλλά και στον Παγκόσμιο. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά γίνεται για την αμπελοκαλλιέργεια του νομού της Πρέβεζας. Αρχικά, πραγματοποιείται η αποσαφήνιση του όρου και γίνεται μια ιστορική αναδρομή του κλάδου. Αναφέρεται η πορεία του κλάδου της αμπελοκαλλιέργειας μέσα στα δύσκολα χρόνια της Ελληνικής Ιστορίας. Στην συνέχεια γίνεται αναφορά στα μορφολογικά χαρακτηριστικά του αμπελιού και στον πολλαπλασιασμό του. Επίσης γίνεται αναφορά στην αμπελοκαλλιέργεια του νομού της Πρέβεζας. Γνωστοποιείται η γεωγραφική θέση του νομού και γίνεται μια εδαφολογική και κλιματολογική προσέγγιση της περιοχής. Στη συνέχεια αναλύεται η εξάπλωση της αμπελοκαλλιέργειας σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο καθώς και η εξάπλωσή της στην Ελλάδα, στην Ήπειρο και στην περιοχή της Πρέβεζας. Στον αμέσως επόμενο κεφάλαιο, ασχολούμαστε με τις ποικιλίες σταφυλιού που βρίσκουμε στην περιοχή της Πρέβεζας. Εδώ αναφερόμαστε λεπτομερώς σε ορισμένες ποικιλίες ξεχωριστά εμπλουτίζοντας την ανάλυση τους με εικόνες για να υπάρξει καλύτερη κατανόηση του περιεχομένου. Επιπρόσθετα, αναφέρονται οι διαδικασίες της άρδευσης, της λίπανσης, της φύτευσης του εμβολιασμού αλλά και του κλαδέματος του αμπελώνα. Έπειτα, λαμβάνει χώρα η ανάλυση της διαδικασίας της φυτοπροστασίας και η παρουσίαση των σπουδαιότερων εχθρών και ασθενειών της αμπέλου. Αναφερόμαστε στα στάδια της ανάπτυξης της αμπέλου και στις ασθένειες που την απειλούν σε κάθε στάδιο. Στο επόμενο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται η διαδικασία της παραγωγής του οίνου. Συγκεκριμένα αναφέρονται τα στάδια της διαδικασίας και τα επιμέρους βήματα που ακολουθούνται. Έπειτα, γίνεται λόγος για τα οινοποιία της περιοχής του Μετσόβου και της Ζίτσας. Στο τελευταίο κεφάλαιο της παρούσας μελέτης γίνεται αναφορά στα προβλήματα που πλήττουν τον τομέα της αμπελοκαλλιέργειας. Στο τέλος της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας διατυπώνονται τα συμπεράσματα που προκύπτουν καθώς υπάρχει και διαθέσιμη η βιβλιογραφία που χρησιμοποιήθηκε για την εκπόνηση της εργασίας. | el |
| heal.abstract | Abstract This thesis is about viniculture throughout the unit of this thesis, the route of viniculture in Greece as well as all over the world is being analyzed. There is a special reference to the viniculture of the country of Preveza. Firstly, there is a clarification of the term and a historical retrospection of the department. The route of the sector of viniculture is mentioned through the hard times of the Greek history. Afterwards there is a report about the morphological features and the reproduction of vinery. There is also a reference to the viniculture of the country of Preveza. The geographical position of this country is being notified while there is a soil and climatic approach this territory. Consequently, the expansion of viniculture worldwide, in Greece, in Epirus and also in the territory of Preveza is being analyzed in the following unit, we deal with the variety of grapes that we can find in the territory of Preveza. At this point we are particularly talking about some of the kinds separately enriching their analysis with picture for the best understanding of the content. Furthermore, the procedures of irrigation, fertilization, planting of the grafting and pruning of the vineyard are mentioned. Then, the analysis of the process of plant protection and the presentation of the greatest enemies and diseases of vinery are taking place. We are referring to the stages of the growth of vinery and the diseases that threaten it in every stage. In the next unit, the procedure of the production of wine is being analyzed. Specifically the stages of the procedure and the individual steps that are followed, are being reported. Next the wine factories in the territory of Metsovo and Zitsa are discussed .In the last unit of this study there is a reference to the problems that strike the field of wine cultivation. At the end of this thesis the resulted inferences are put forwards while there is the bibliography which was used for the preparation of this thesis. | el |
