| heal.abstract | Τα αρωματικά και φαρμακευτικά φυτά ήταν ευρέως γνωστά από τα αρχαία χρόνια. Οι φαρμακευτικές και θεραπευτικές τους ιδιότητες ήταν γνωστές σε όλους τους αρχαίους πολιτισμούς. Σήμερα τα αρωματικά και φαρμακευτικά φυτά καλλιεργούνται σε ολόκληρο τον κόσμο. Στην Ελλάδα παρατηρείται αύξηση των συγκεκριμένων καλλιεργούμενων φυτών. Συγκεκριμένα, στον νομό Ξάνθης την τελευταία δεκαετία υπάρχει μεγάλο ενδιαφέρον για τα αρωματικά και φαρμακευτικά φυτά. Σημαντικότερα από αυτά είναι ο βασιλικός, ο δυόσμος, το θυμάρι, η λεβάντα, η ματζουράνα, η ρίγανη, το τσάι του βουνού και το χαμομήλι. Αυτό συμβαίνει καθώς τα τελευταία έτη παρατηρείται αυξημένη ζήτηση στα προϊόντα των αρωματικών και φαρμακευτικών φυτών. Στόχος της πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η περιγραφή και η ανάδειξη των σπουδαιότερων αρωματικών και φαρμακευτικών φυτών του νομού Ξάνθης. | el |
| heal.abstract | Aromatic and medicinal plants have been well known since ancient times. Their medicinal and therapeutic properties were known in all ancient cultures. Today aromatic and medicinal plants are cultivated all over the world. In Greece there is an increase in the number of cultivated plants. In particular, in the prefecture of Xanthi in the last decade there is a great interest in aromatic and medicinal plants. Most important of these are basil, mint, thyme, lavender, marjoram, oregano, mountain tea and chamomile. This is because in recent years there has been an increased demand for aromatic and medicinal plant products. The aim of the thesis is the description and promotion of the most important aromatic and medicinal plants of the prefecture of Xanthi. | el |
