| heal.abstract | Η μηλιά είναι δέντρο που ευδοκιμεί κυρίως σε ψυχρές και υγρές περιοχές. Ο νομός Καστοριάς διαθέτει το κατάλληλο κλίμα και έδαφος και για το λόγο αυτό η καλλιέργεια οπωρώνων αποτελεί ένα από τα σημαντικότερα τμήματα πρωτογενούς παραγωγής στην περιοχή. Στα δύο πρώτα κεφάλαια της εργασίας αναφέρονται τα μορφολογικά χαρακτηριστικά της καλλιέργειας και οι ασθένειές τους. Παρουσιάζονται οι τεχνικές φύτευσης και καλλιέργειας, καθώς και τα συστήματα άρδευσης που απαιτούνται για τις καλλιέργειες. Η εργασία ολοκληρώνεται με την αναφορά στις ιδιαίτερες κλιματικές κι εδαφικές συνθήκες της περιοχήςτης Καστοριάςκαι την απόδοση της παραγωγής. Συμπεραίνεταιότι η περιοχή της Καστοριάς ευνοεί λόγω των κλιματικών και ταυτόχρονα των εδαφικών συνθηκών, την παραγωγή μήλων κι έτσι ενισχύεται σημαντικά η αγροτική οικονομία της περιοχής. | el |
| heal.abstract | The apple tree is a tree that thrives mainly in cold and wet areas. The prefecture of Kastoria has the appropriate climate and soil and for this reason the cultivation of orchards is one of the most important parts of primary production in the region. The first two chapters of the work report the morphological characteristics of the crop and their diseases. The planting and cultivation techniques are presented, as well as the irrigation systems required for the crops. The work is completed with reference to the special climatic and soil conditions of the region of Kastoria and the efficiency of production. It is concluded that the region of Kastoria favors due to the climatic and at the same time the soil conditions, the production of apples and thus significantly strengthens the agricultural economy of the region. | el |
