| heal.abstract | Η καλλιέργεια της καρυδιάς στην Ελλάδα έχει εξελιχθεί τα τελευταία χρόνια και αποτελεί μία καλλιέργεια η οποία μπορεί να αξιοποιήσει ταυτόχρονα ημιορεινές και ορεινές κυρίως εκτάσεις. Η Ελλάδα το 2018 ήταν η τρίτη παραγωγός χώρα καρυδιών στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση με παραγωγή 31.860 τόνων καρυδιών με κέλυφος (FAOSTAT). Η καρυδιά αποτελεί μια ανερχόμενη καλλιέργεια στο Νομό Ιωαννίνων και αυτό πραγματεύεται η παρούσα εργασία δίνοντας έμφαση όμως στην ολοκληρωμένη διαχείριση των καρυδεώνων. Αρχικά γίνεται αναφορά σε όλα τα χαρακτηριστικά της καλλιέργειας της καρυδιάς, στις κατάλληλες εδαφοκλιματικές συνθήκες καθώς και στις ποικιλίες της καρυδιάς που καλλιεργούνται. Περιγράφεται το πως αναπτύσσεται και ωριμάζει ο καρπός αλλά και ο τρόπος συγκομιδής και συντήρησης του καρπού. Ακολουθεί ανάλυση της ολοκληρωμένης διαχείρισης των καλλιεργειών όπου γίνεται αναφορά στους στόχους της ολοκληρωμένης διαχείρισης και στα πρότυπα αυτής τονίζοντας το οφέλη της. Στη συνέχεια αναλύεται το πρότυπο AGRO 2.1/2.2 του Agrocert και η εργασία ολοκληρώνεται με την εφαρμογή του προτύπου αυτού σε καρυδεώνες του Νομού Ιωαννίνων. Η προστασία του περιβάλλοντος σε συνδυασμό με την υψηλή ποιότητα των αγροτικών προϊόντων αποτελεί ένα από τα σημαντικότερα ζητήματα σήμερα καθώς η υπερεντατική γεωργία έχει συμβάλλει σε σημαντική υποβάθμιση του περιβάλλοντος. Η αυξημένη χρήση χημικών λιπασμάτων, φυτοπροστατευτικών ουσιών και η υπεράντληση των υπόγειων υδάτων, οδήγησε σταδιακά στη ρύπανση του περιβάλλοντος αλλά και την υποβάθμιση της ποιότητας των γεωργικών προϊόντων. Η ολοκληρωμένη διαχείριση των καλλιεργειών έρχεται να συμβάλλει σημαντικά στην προστασία του περιβάλλοντας περιορίζοντας τις εισροές των καλλιεργειών στις απολύτως απαραίτητες, ώστε να παράγεται ποιοτικό προϊόν με τη μικρότερη επιβάρυνση στο περιβάλλον. Τα πρότυπα ολοκληρωμένης διαχείρισης καλλιεργειών είναι καταλύτες στην παραγωγή ποιοτικών αγροτικών προϊόντων με ταυτόχρονη προστασία του περιβάλλοντος. Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση ενός προτύπου ολοκληρωμένης διαχείρισης, του προτύπου AGRO 2.1/2.2 στην καλλιέργεια της καρυδιάς στον Νομό Ιωαννίνων. Μέσα από την εργασία θα αναδυθούν τα πλεονεκτήματα εφαρμογής του προτύπου αυτού στον άνθρωπο αλλά και στο περιβάλλον. | el |
| heal.abstract | The cultivation of walnut trees in Greece has evolved during the last few years and it constitutes a cultivation that can be used in semi-mountainous but mainly in mountainous territory simultaneously. In 2018, Greece was the third producer country of walnuts in the Europe by having produced 31.860 tons of walnuts husk (FAOSTAT). The walnut tree becomes an upgrowing cultivation in Ioannina and that is the objective that the current project is dealing with by stressing the integrated management of walnut groves. At first, all the characteristics of the walnut cultivation, the proper soil and climate conditions as well as the varieties of the walnut trees are mentioned. The way the nut is growing and the way it is collected and conserved is described in this project. The integrated management of cultivation is being analyzed and the goals of the integrated cultivation as well as its benefits are mentioned. Moreover, the pattern of AGRO 2.1/2.2 of Agrocert is analyzed and the project is completed by practicing this pattern in walnut groves in the prefecture of Ioannina. The protection of the environment, combined with the highest quality of the agricultural products, is one of the most important issues nowadays and that is because overintensive farming has led into considerable environmental degradation. The increasing use of chemical Fertilizers, plant-protection substances and over-pumping of underground water has led gradually to the pollution of the environment and the degradation of the quality of the agricultural products. The integrated crop management contributes a great deal in protecting the environment by restricting the cultivations in those that are really necessary. In this way quality products are produced and the environment isn’t damaged. The patterns of integrated crop management are the basis of producing quality agricultural products by protecting the environment of the same time. The purpose of this project is to present a pattern of integrated management, the AGRO 2.1/2.2 pattern in the cultivation of walnuts trees in the prefecture of Ioannina. In this project the advantages, to the environment and people, of practicing this pattern are going to be emerged. | el |
