| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία έχει ως θέμα την σύγχρονη εκτροφή των κρεοπαραγωγών ορνιθίων όπως έχει διαμορφωθεί από τις διατροφικές ανάγκες των καταναλωτών για βέλτιστη ποιότητα και ποσότητα σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα εκτροφής. Ταυτόχρονα, εξετάζονται οι εναλλακτικές συνθήκες εκτροφής ώστε ικανοποιούνται καλύτερα οι βασικές απαιτήσεις ευζωίας των πτηνών. Η πτυχιακή εργασία αποτελείται από πέντε κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο περιγράφεται η παγκόσμια και εγχώρια εξέλιξη της ορνιθοτροφίας και αναλύονται με διαγράμματα και πίνακες, στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο γίνεται αναφορά στην ορνιθοτροφία της Ηπείρου και περιγράφονται οι εταιρείες Νιτσιάκος και Πίνδος, στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται η συστηματική μέθοδος της εκτροφής των ορνιθίων, στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο περιγράφονται τα εναλλακτικά συστήματα εκτροφής με ιδιαίτερη αναφορά στις σύγχρονες μεθόδους εκτροφής με ελεύθερη βοσκή και με βιολογικό τρόπο και στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο δίνονται οι βασικές αρχές διατροφής των ορνιθίων και της θρεπτικής αξίας του παραγόμενου προϊόντος. | el |
| heal.abstract | The present dissertation is focused on the modern rearing of broiler chickens, as it has been shaped by the nutritional needs of consumers for the optimal quality and quantity in a short production period. At the same time, the alternative rearing conditions are under examination, in order to meet the basic welfare requirements of the birds. The dissertation consists of five chapters. The first chapter describes the global and domestic development of poultry farming and is analyzed with diagrams and tables, the second chapter refers to the poultry farming of Epirus and describes the companies Nitsiakos and Pindos, the third chapter analyzes the systematic method of poultry farming, in the fourth the alternative systems are described with special reference to the modern methods of free grazing and organic farming, and in the fifth chapter are presented the basic principles of nutrition of the chickens and the nutritional value of the chicken products. | el |
