| heal.abstract | Το Νέο Κύμα συνιστά ένα μουσικό ρεύμα που εμφανίστηκε στα μέσα της δεκαετίας του ’60 στον χώρο της ελληνικής μουσικής, καθιερώνοντας αφενός ένα νέο ύφος σύνθεσης, ενορχήστρωσης και ερμηνείας, και αφετέρου έναν νέο τρόπο ψυχαγωγίας και διασκέδασης. Kινούμενο το συγκεκριμένο ρεύμα μεταξύ ελαφρού και έντεχνου λαϊκού τραγουδιού, διακρίθηκε για τις λιτές μελωδίες του και για τη χρησιμοποίηση μικρού αριθμού οργάνων όσον αφορά την ενορχήστρωση. Εξάλλου, τα θέματα των τραγουδιών κάλυπταν καταρχήν εσωτερικές αναζητήσεις και υπαρξιακά βιώματα, θίγοντας όμως, έστω και χαμηλοτόνως, και κοινωνικοπολιτικά ζητήματα που απασχολούσαν τους νέους, και όχι μόνο, της δεκαετίας του ’60. Κατεξοχήν χώροι όπου προβλήθηκε και αναπτύχθηκε το εν λόγω μουσικό είδος ήταν οι μπουάτ, κυρίως στην περιοχή της Πλάκας, όπου «δοκιμάστηκαν» σχεδόν όλοι οι μετέπειτα καταξιωμένοι καλλιτέχνες (μουσικοί, συνθέτες, στιχουργοί, ερμηνευτές και τραγουδοποιοί) της σύγχρονης ελληνικής μουσικής. Ως μουσικό ρεύμα, το οποίο ήταν αναπόσπαστα συνδεδεμένο με την περιρρέουσα κοινωνικοπολιτική ατμόσφαιρα που το κυοφόρησε, απέκτησε αναπόφευκτα και κοινωνικές διαστάσεις. Υπό την έννοια αυτή, μπορεί πάντοτε να αποτελεί πηγή έμπνευσης και δημιουργίας για κάθε γενιά τραγουδοποιών, καθώς τηρουμένων των αναλογιών, οι ανάγκες και τα ζητούμενα της δεκαετίας του ’60 παραμένουν επί της ουσίας διαχρονικά. Ως εκ τούτου, στο πλαίσιο της παρούσας εργασίας, αφού παρουσιαστεί εν συντομία το ιστορικό πλαίσιο της εποχής και μία ειδικότερη αναφορά στη μουσική παραγωγή της δεκαετίας του ’60, επιχειρείται η σύντομη μελέτη του Νέου Κύματος τόσο από μουσικολογική όσο και από κοινωνική άποψη. Μέσα δε από την κατά το δυνατό εκτενή βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση, επιδιώκεται η ανάδειξη και η μουσικολογική και κοινωνική σύνδεση του συγκεκριμένου μουσικού ρεύματος με τη σημερινή εποχή. | el |
| heal.abstract | The New Wave (Novelle Vague) is a musical current that appeared in the mid-60s in the field of Greek music, establishing on the one hand a new style of composition, orchestration and interpretation, and on the other a new way of entertainment and fun. Τhis current moves between light and artistic folk song. It was distinguished for its simple melodies and for the use of a small number of instruments in terms of orchestration. After all, the themes of the songs primarily covered internal quests and existential experiences, but also touched, albeit in a low-key way, on socio-political issues that concerned young people, and not only, in the 1960s. The places where this particular musical genre was promoted and developed were the “boite”, mainly in the area of Plaka, where almost all the later renowned artists (musicians, composers, lyricists, performers and songwriters) of contemporary Greek music were "tested". As a musical current, which was inextricably linked to the surrounding socio-political atmosphere that conceived it, it inevitably acquired social dimensions. In this sense, it can always be a source of inspiration and creation for every generation of songwriters, since in keeping with the proportions, the needs and wants of the 60's remain essentially timeless. Therefore, the paper presents the historical context of the time and a more specific reference to the music production of the 60's. In addition, a brief study of the New Wave (Novelle Vague) is attempted both from a musicological and a social point of view. Through the widest possible bibliographic review, there is an attempt for the promotion and the musicological connection of the specific musical current with the present era. | el |
