| heal.abstract | Η επικοινωνία είναι μια διαδικασία κεντρική στη ζωή ενός ανθρώπου, σημαντική σχεδόν όσο η αναπνοή. Διέπει τη γνώση και την εξέλιξη όντας αναγκαία για την επιβίωση. Αντίστοιχα, στον τομέα της διοικητικής οργάνωσης η επικοινωνία αποτελεί κεντρικό πυλώνα της ύπαρξης και της παρουσίας αυτού. Στην εργασία αυτή θα δούμε πώς η επικοινωνία ως εργαλείο προάγει τον πολιτισμό και την εκπαίδευση μέσω ενός σεμιναρίου μουσικής, το οποίο αποτελεί μία δημοφιλή μορφή επιμόρφωσης και συνεχιζόμενης εκπαίδευσης στις μέρες μας. Περνώντας από τα θεωρητικά μοντέλα της πολιτιστικής επικοινωνίας και γενικότερα του μάρκετινγκ, θα αναλύσουμε και θα δούμε πρακτικά τη στρατηγική ανάπτυξη, τη διαχείριση και εν τέλει την υλοποίηση του σεμιναρίου αυτού. Πυρήνας της έρευνας στέκεται η σχέση του φορέα με το εκάστοτε κοινό, καθώς μας απασχολεί κυρίως η προσέλκυση του, αλλά και η ανατροφοδότηση μετά το τέλος του σεμιναρίου. Αυτή η σχέση εξάλλου ορίζει και τη βιωσιμότητα της κάθε πολιτιστικής οργάνωσης. Το σεμινάριο που θα χρησιμοποιηθεί ως αντικείμενο μελέτης, θα γίνει από την εθνομουσικολόγο Λαμπρινή Γιώτη, η οποία τα τελευταία χρόνια ασχολείται με τη διδασκαλία του παραδοσιακού τραγουδιού, ειδικότερα από τις περιοχές του Βορρά, μέσω σεμιναρίων που υλοποιεί στην Αθήνα. | el |
| heal.abstract | Communication is a process central to a human’s life, nearly as much as breathing. It governs knowledge and evolution, being a necessary element for survival. Likewise in the field of administrative organization communication constitutes a central pivot of its presence and its very existence. In the following essay we will examine how communication as a tool fosters culture and education through a music seminar, a popular form of education and perpetual learning in our time. Through the theoretical models of cultural communication and marketing in general we will analyze the practical aspects of the strategic development, the management and finally the actualization of this seminar. At the core of our research stands the relationship between the organizational body and its audience, since we are mainly interested in its attraction, but also the provided feedback at the end of the seminar. Besides, this relationship defines the viability of any cultural organization. The seminar that will be used as a subject of study will be conducted by Lambrini Gioti, an ethnomusicologist who has, in recent years, been involved with the teaching of traditional song, particularly from the regions of the north, through seminars she conducts in Athens. | en |
