| heal.abstract | Η συγκεκριμένη πτυχιακή εργασία είναι αφορμή μελέτης μιας καινούργιας τεχνοτροπίας του ουτιού που το καθιστά μέτοχο σε διάφορα μουσικά ρεύματα τα οποία προκύπτουν λόγω της ανάγκης για εξέλιξη. Κύριο πρόσωπο αυτής της τεχνοτροπίας αλλά και της συγκεκριμένης έρευνας είναι ο ουτίστας Κυριάκος Ταπάκης. Η έρευνα, μέσα από καταγραφές, αναλύει τον τρόπο χειρισμού του οργάνου σε διάφορα μουσικά είδη (Jazz, Ska, makam, κ.α.). Οι καταγραφές έχουν να κάνουν με δύο μουσικά σχήματα, το ένα είναι το Balarom trio, που ασχολείται με τη βαλκανική μουσική την gypsie με επηρεασμούς από την jazz κ.α. και το δεύτερο είναι το Loxandra Ensemble, που ασχολείται με τις μουσικές του Καφέ-αμάν της ανατολικής μεσογείου και των Βαλκανίων, με επηρεασμούς από την jazz, την reggae, την ska, την salsa, μουσική κ.α. Και στα δύο σχήματα ο υπό-μελέτη μουσικός παίζει ούτι σε σολιστικό και συνοδευτικό ρόλο στην κάθε περίπτωση. Πέρα από την καινοτομία στο ρεπερτόριο, ο Κυριάκος Ταπάκης έχει φέρει και νέα δεδομένα στην φύση του οργάνου καθώς στα περισσότερα κομμάτια παίζει με εφτάχορδο ούτι το οποίο εξυπηρετεί τις ανάγκες του στα διάφορα ρεπερτόρια που το χρησιμοποιεί. Φυσικά θα αναλυθεί η κατασκευή και η χρησιμότητα του. Μέσα από τις καινοτομίες αυτές θα δούμε πως ο Κυριάκος Ταπάκης βάζει το ούτι σε ένα νέο ρεύμα το οποίο είναι αρκετά ενδιαφέρον και δημιουργικό. | el |
| heal.abstract | This specific graduate thesis is for the purpose of studying a new style of oud where makes it in different musical currents which arise due to the need of development. The main face of this new style and also of this specific research, is the musician Mr. Kyriakos Tapakis. The research through recordings analyses the way of handling the instrument in different musical genres such as Jazz, Ska, Makam etc. The recordings have to do with two musical forms: The first one is the Balarom trio which deals with the Balkan music, the gypsie, which has influences by jazz etc. The second one is Loxandra Ensemble which deals with the music of Cafe- Aman of East Mediterranean and the Balkans, which has influences by jazz, reggae, ska, salsa music etc. In both forms, the under study musician plays oud in solo and accompanying role in each case. Beyond innovation in repertoire, Kyriakos Tapakis has brought new data in the nature of the instrument as in the majority of the songs he plays with a seven string oud which serves his needs in the different repertoires where he uses it. Of course the construction and the usefulness of it will be analysed. Through these innovations we will see how Kyriakos Tapakis puts the oud in a new current which is very interesting and creative. | en |
