| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία με τίτλο «Αποτίμηση Ορθών Γεωργικών Πρακτικών στην Καλλιέργεια των Αρωματικών Φυτών» διερευνά τη σημασία και την εφαρμογή των Ορθών Γεωργικών Πρακτικών (ΟΓΠ) στην καλλιέργεια λεβάντας (Lavandula spp.) και ρίγανης (Origanum vulgare ssp. hirtum). Οι ΟΓΠ αποτελούν βασικό πλαίσιο για τη διασφάλιση της ποιότητας, της ασφάλειας και της βιωσιμότητας των αγροτικών προϊόντων, ιδιαίτερα σε αρωματικά φυτά που χρησιμοποιούνται σε τρόφιμα, φαρμακευτικά προϊόντα και καλλυντικά. Η έρευνα επικεντρώνεται στις βασικές συνιστώσες των ΟΓΠ, όπως η κατεργασία εδάφους, η διαχείριση υδάτων και θρεπτικών συστατικών και φυτοπροστασία. Επιπλέον, εξετάζονται οι περιβαλλοντικές και οικονομικές προκλήσεις που αντιμετωπίζουν οι παραγωγοί, καθώς και οι προοπτικές ανάπτυξης του κλάδου μέσω της υιοθέτησης βιολογικών και ολοκληρωμένων μεθόδων καλλιέργειας. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας βασίζονται σε συνεντεύξεις με παραγωγούς και αναδεικνύουν τη σημασία της εκπαίδευσης, της χρήσης νέων τεχνολογιών και της ενίσχυσης των υποδομών για την εφαρμογή των ΟΓΠ. Η μελέτη υπογραμμίζει τη δυναμική του ελληνικού αγροτικού τομέα στην παραγωγή αρωματικών φυτών υψηλής ποιότητας, καθώς και την ανάγκη για περαιτέρω έρευνα και πολιτικές υποστήριξης. | el |
| heal.abstract | This thesis entitled “Assessment of Good Agricultural Practices in the Cultivation of Aromatic Plants” explores the importance and application of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) in the cultivation of lavender (Lavandula spp.) and oregano (Origanum vulgare ssp. hirtum). GAP is a key framework for ensuring the quality, safety and sustainability of agricultural products, especially aromatic plants used in food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. The research focuses on the key components of GAP, such as soil cultivation, water and nutrient management and plant protection. In addition, the environmental and economic challenges faced by producers are examined, as well as the prospects for the development of the sector through the adoption of organic and integrated cultivation methods. The results of the research are based on interviews with producers and highlight the importance of education, the use of new technologies and the strengthening of infrastructure for the implementation of GMPs. The study highlights the potential of the Greek agricultural sector in the production of high-quality aromatic plants, as well as the need for further research and support policies. | en |
