| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία εξετάζει τον ρόλο του υπαίθριου παιχνιδιού στην προσχολική ηλικία, εστιάζοντας στις κοινωνικές και συναισθηματικές του διαστάσεις. Το παιχνίδι, ως θεμελιώδης δραστηριότητα της παιδικής ηλικίας, συμβάλλει καθοριστικά στην έκφραση συναισθημάτων, την ανάπτυξη σχέσεων και την ενίσχυση δεξιοτήτων. Στο θεωρητικό μέρος της εργασίας αναλύονται το νόημα και οι μορφές του παιχνιδιού, με έμφαση στο υπαίθριο παιχνίδι και στους περιβαλλοντικούς και κοινωνικούς παράγοντες που το επηρεάζουν, καθώς και στις παιδαγωγικές προσεγγίσεις αξιοποίησής του. Η εμπειρική προσέγγιση βασίστηκε σε ποιοτική μεθοδολογία, με τη συλλογή δεδομένων μέσω ερωτηματολογίου σε δείγμα 15 φοιτητών/τριών τμημάτων προσχολικής εκπαίδευσης. Η θεματική ανάλυση ανέδειξε πως οι μελλοντικοί παιδαγωγοί αναγνωρίζουν σε μεγάλο βαθμό τη σημασία του υπαίθριου παιχνιδιού για την κοινωνική ένταξη, την ενσυναίσθηση, τη συναισθηματική έκφραση και την ενίσχυση της αυτενέργειας των παιδιών. | el |
| heal.abstract | This undergraduate thesis explores the role of outdoor play in early childhood, focusing on its social and emotional dimensions. Play, as a fundamental activity in childhood, significantly contributes to emotional expression, relationship building, and the development of key skills. The theoretical part of the thesis analyzes the concept and forms of play, with emphasis on outdoor play, the environmental and social factors that influence it, as well as pedagogical approaches for its educational use. The empirical part follows a qualitative methodology, with data collected through a questionnaire administered to a sample of 15 early childhood education students. Thematic analysis revealed that future educators widely recognize the importance of outdoor play in promoting children's social integration, empathy, emotional expression, and autonomy. | en |
