| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία εξετάζει τη διδακτική της βυζαντινής μουσικής σε φορείς του ελληνικού κράτους τον 20ο και 21ο αιώνα, κάνοντας την απαραίτητη αναφορά στις ιστορικές, νομικές και εκπαιδευτικές διαστάσεις του θέματος. Αρχικά παρουσιάζεται μια σύντομη ιστορική αναδρομή στη βυζαντινή μουσική, με αναφορά στην προέλευση, την εξέλιξή της και τη διαχρονική της σημασία στην ελληνική πολιτισμική και θρησκευτική παράδοση και αναφέρεται επίσης η ισχύουσα νομοθεσία που ρυθμίζει τη διδασκαλία της βυζαντινής μουσικής. Το κύριο μέρος της εργασίας επικεντρώνεται στη διδασκαλία της βυζαντινής μουσικής σε τρία επίπεδα εκπαίδευσης: τα ωδεία και τις αναγνωρισμένες σχολές βυζαντινής μουσικής, τη δευτεροβάθμια και την τριτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση, περιλαμβάνοντας τμήματα μουσικών σπουδών και ανώτερες εκκλησιαστικές σχολές. Στόχος είναι η ανάδειξη της πορείας και των προοπτικών ένταξης της βυζαντινής μουσικής στην τυπική εκπαίδευση, συμβάλλοντας στη διατήρηση και προβολή της ως στοιχείο της άυλης πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς. | el |
| heal.abstract | This thesis presents an overview of the teaching of byzantine music in state institutions in 20th and 21st-century Greece, with a focus on its historical, legal, and educational dimensions. It begins with a brief historical overview of byzantine music, outlining its origins, development, and enduring role in Greek cultural and religious life. The study then examines the current Greek legislative framework regarding byzantine music education, highlighting key laws and institutional policies that govern its teaching. Furthermore, the research analyzes how byzantine music is taught at three educational levels: conservatories, secondary education, and higher education institutions, including music departments and ecclesiastical academies. The aim is to identify both the progress made and the challenges faced in integrating this traditional musical heritage into modern educational structures. Through this multifaceted approach, the thesis sheds light on the significance of preserving and promoting byzantine music through formal education in contemporary Greece. | en |
