| heal.abstract | Η Βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη αποτελεί ένα επίκαιρο θέμα, λόγω των σημαντικών προβλημάτων που έχουν αναδειχτεί και λάβει περισσότερη δημοσιότητα τα τελευταία χρόνια σχετικά με το περιβάλλον και την κλιματική αλλαγή. Ο στόχος της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η λεπτομερής ανάλυση της χρήσης της ανθοκομίας για την αποκατάσταση και αναζωογόνηση υποβαθμισμένων περιοχών σε αστικά κέντρα. Κατά το πρώτο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται ο βιώσιμος πολεοδομικός σχεδιασμός, ενώ παράλληλα γίνεται αναφορά στη βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη και στο αστικό περιβάλλον, καθώς και στον σχεδιασμό της χρήσης γης μέσα στον αστικό ιστό, στον σχεδιασμό των μεταφορών καθώς και σε θέματα όπως οι αρχές σχεδιασμού σε ένα χώρο πρασίνου και η πρόσβαση σε αυτό. Ακολουθεί το κεφάλαιο που σχετίζεται γενικά με την ανάπλαση, τις αρχές και τους στόχους που τη διέπουν, τα πλεονεκτήματα αυτής της πράξης, τη νομοθεσία που ισχύει και τις δράσεις που έχει εφαρμόσει η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση. Το επόμενο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται στο αστικό πράσινο και στις θετικές λειτουργίες καθώς και στα προβλήματα που τo διέπουν. Το τέταρτο κεφάλαιο ασχολείται με τη χρήση της ανθοκομίας σε υποβαθμισμένες περιοχές, όπου τονίζεται ο ρόλος της, η λειτουργική αξία και η διαχείριση και ο σχεδιασμός του αστικού πράσινου. Τέλος ακολουθούν τα Συμπεράσματα και η Βιβλιογραφία. | el |
| heal.abstract | Sustainable development is a topical issue, due to the significant problems that have emerged and gotten their fair share of publicity regarding the environment and the climate crisis, especially during recent years. The aim of this thesis is to analyze in detail the use of floriculture for the restoration and revitalization of degraded areas in urban centres. The first chapter analyzes sustainable urban planning, where reference will be made to sustainable development and the urban environment, to sustainable urban planning as well as to land use planning within the urban fabric, to transportation planning as well as to issues such as the principles of planning in a green space and access to it. The following chapter is generally related to regeneration, the principles and objectives that govern it, the advantages of this act, the legislation in force and the actions that the European Union has implemented. The next chapter refers to urban greenery and the positive functions as well as the problems that govern them. The fourth chapter deals with the use of floriculture in degraded areas, where its role, functional value and management and design of urban greenery are emphasized. Finally, the Conclusions and Bibliography follow. | en |
