| heal.abstract | Η σχέση μεταξύ δασοκάλυψης, καλλιεργήσιμων εκτάσεων, βοσκοτόπων και οικονομικής ανάπτυξης στην Ήπειρο είναι ένα πολυδιάστατο θέμα που συνδυάζει περιβαλλοντικά, κοινωνικά και οικονομικά στοιχεία. Η Ήπειρος, μια περιοχή της Ελλάδας που χαρακτηρίζεται από πλούσιο φυσικό περιβάλλον, έχει μια ιδιαίτερη σύνθεση δασικών και γεωργικών εκτάσεων, ενώ παράλληλα επηρεάζεται από τις ανάγκες της τοπικής οικονομίας και ανάπτυξης. Με σωστή διαχείριση και βιώσιμες πρακτικές, τα δάση μπορούν να προσφέρουν πλήθος οικολογικών, οικονομικών και κοινωνικών ωφελειών. Στην παρούσα μεταπτυχιακή διατριβή γίνεται προσπάθεια να αναλυθεί πότε και πως επιτρέπονται οι επεμβάσεις σε δάση και δασικές εκτάσεις όπως θεσπίστηκαν για πρώτη φορά με το Ν. 998/1979 και διαμορφώθηκαν μέσα από νόμους και διατάγματα. Ακόμη, γίνεται διεξοδική ανάλυση για τις δασικές εκτάσεις, τις γεωργικές και τα βοσκοτόπια στην Περιφέρειας Ηπείρου η οποία επιλέχτηκε ως περιοχή μελέτης. Στο τελευταίο κεφάλαιο εξετάζονται πέντε δασικά είδη που μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν ως επέμβαση σε δάση και δασικές εκτάσεις και τα οικονομικά στοιχεία για καθένα από αυτά. Τέλος, η μεταπτυχιακή διατριβή ολοκληρώνεται με τη διατύπωση συμπερασμάτων ως απόρροια της σύνθεσης των στοιχείων που συλλέχθηκαν κατά την εκπόνησή της. | el |
| heal.abstract | The relationship between forest cover, cropland, pastures and economic development in Epirus is a multidimensional issue that combines environmental, social and economic elements. Epirus, a region of Greece characterized by a rich natural environment, has a particular composition of forest and agricultural lands, while at the same time being influenced by the needs of the local economy and development. With proper management and sustainable practices, forests can offer a multitude of ecological, economic and social benefits. In this master's thesis, an attempt is made to analyze when and how interventions in forests and forest areas are permitted as they were first established by Law 998/1979 and were shaped through laws and decrees. Furthermore, a thorough analysis is made of forest areas, agricultural areas and pastures in the Region of Epirus, which was selected as a study area. In the last chapter, five forest species that can be used as interventions in forests and forest areas and the economic data for each of them are examined. Finally, the master's thesis is completed by formulating conclusions as a result of the synthesis of the data collected during its preparation. | en |
