| heal.abstract | H περίπτωση της παραδοσιακής μουσικής της Κύπρου αναδεικνύει σημαντικά στοιχεία για την μουσική βιομηχανία. Η εξέταση της πορείας της μουσικής βιομηχανίας αναδεικνύει ότι σε κάθε εποχή επικρατούν συγκεκριμένες τάσεις και είδη μουσικής τα οποία αποζητά το κοινό. Όποια εξέλιξη όμως και αν υπάρχει, υπάρχουν είδη που έχουν μία σταθερή και διαχρονική πορεία στην μουσική βιομηχανία όπως στην περίπτωση της παραδοσιακής μουσικής της Κύπρου. Μπορεί να υπάρχουν νέα σχήματα και διαφορετικές προσεγγίσεις αλλά την ίδια στιγμή μεσουρανούν και οι παλαιότεροι τραγουδιστές της. Όλοι έχουν μία κοινή βάση, αυτή της παραδοσιακής μουσικής αναδεικνύοντας τη σημασία της εντοπιότητας. Όποια μουσικά ρεύματα και αν μεσουρανούν κατά διαστήματα στη μουσική βιομηχανία, το κοινό είναι αυτό που διαμορφώνει τις τάσεις. Και η παραδοσιακή μουσική, λόγω της εντοπιότητας και του πολιτισμού, θα κυριαρχεί και θα επικρατεί ασχέτως τις επίκαιρες τάσεις της μουσικής βιομηχανίας, γιατί είναι άρρηκτα συνδεδεμένη με το λαό και την παράδοση του σε όποια ηλικία και αν βρίσκεται, κάτι που δεν ισχύει για όλα τα άλλα μουσικά είδη. | el |
| heal.abstract | The case of Cyprus traditional music highlights important elements for the music industry. Examining the progress of the music industry shows that there are specific trends and types of music that the public is looking for in each era. Whatever the case, however, there are genres that have a consistent and timeless track record in the music industry, as in the case of traditional Cypriot music. There may be new shapes and different approaches, but at the same time its older singers are in the middle.
