| heal.abstract | Τη σημερινή εποχή όλο και περισσότεροι καταναλωτές προτιμούν να προμηθεύονται βιολογικά προϊόντα, λόγω της επιθυμίας τους για έναν πιο υγιεινό τρόπο ζωής αλλά και της αυξημένης περιβαλλοντικής τους συνείδησης. Ένας κλάδος που έχει ξεκινήσει να αναπτύσσεται είναι αυτός της βιολογικής πτηνοτροφίας, με την παραγωγή βιολογικών αυγών και κρέατος να αυξάνεται όλο και περισσότερο. Έτσι, στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας παρουσιάζονται κάποια γενικά δεδομένα για την πτηνοτροφία, ενώ στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναφέρονται στοιχεία σχετικά για τη βιολογική πτηνοτροφία, όπως είναι οι προϋποθέσεις, η διαδικασία πιστοποίησης, η διαχείριση των αποβλήτων αλλά και η παρούσα κατάσταση στην Ελλάδα. Στο ερευνητικό μέρος της εργασίας, κρίθηκε σημαντικό να διερευνηθεί η βιολογική πτηνοτροφία στην Ελλάδα, από την πλευρά των εκτροφέων. Για να γίνει αυτό δόθηκαν ερωτηματολόγια σε βιολογικές πτηνοτροφικές μονάδες στην περιοχή των Μεγάρων Αττικής. Στο σύνολό τους συγκεντρώθηκαν 10 απαντήσεις, εκ των οποίων οι 8 ήταν παραγωγοί βιολογικών αυγών και οι 2 ήταν παραγωγοί βιολογικού κρέατος. Σε γενικές γραμμές, φάνηκε ότι οι εκτροφείς τηρούν τις προϋποθέσεις που αφορούν τη βιολογική πτηνοτροφία όσον αφορά το είδος των ζωοτροφών, τις συνθήκες διαβίωσης των ορνίθων και τη διαχείριση των αποβλήτων. Τέλος, πρέπει να σημειωθεί ότι η έρευνα παρουσιάζει κάποια μειονεκτήματα όπως είναι το μικρό δείγμα αλλά και το ότι τα ερωτηματολόγια μοιράστηκαν σε μόνο μια περιοχή. Για αυτό προτείνεται η περαιτέρω διερεύνηση του εν λόγω θέματος, μέσω του διαμοιρασμού ερωτηματολογίων σε βιολογικές πτηνοτροφικές μονάδες και σε άλλες περιοχές της Ελλάδας αλλά και σε καταναλωτές βιολογικών πτηνοτροφικών αγαθών. | el |
| heal.abstract | Nowadays, more and more people prefer to buy organic products, due to their desire for a healthier lifestyle and their increased environmental awareness. One sector that has started to develop is the one of organic poultry farming, with the production of organic eggs and meat increasing more and more. Thus, in the first chapter of the current thesis some general data on poultry farming are presented while in the second one information about organic poultry farming such as conditions, certification process, waste management and the current situation in Greece is mentioned. In the research part it was considered important to investigate organic poultry farming in Greece from the side of the farmers. In order to do this, questionnaires were given to organic poultry farms in the area of Megara, Attica. A total of 10 responses were collected, 8 of which were organic egg producers and 2 were organic meat producers. In general, it appeared that the farmers comply with the requirements for organic poultry farming in terms of the type of feed, the living conditions of the hens and the management of their waste. Finally, it should be noted that the research presents some disadvantages such as the small sample size and the fact that the questionnaires were distributed in only one area. For this reason, it is proposed to further investigate the matter in question through the distribution of questionnaires to organic poultry farms in other regions of Greece, as well as to consumers of organic poultry products. | en |
