| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία έχει θέμα την μελέτη του πολλαπλασιασμού τοπικών παραδοσιακών ποικιλιών μηλοειδών και πυρηνοκάρπων της Ηπείρου. Οι ποικιλίες που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν είχαν εντοπιστεί στα πλαίσια του ερευνητικού προγράμματος Eco-Variety. Όλες οι ποικιλίες εμβολιάσθηκαν με ασπιδιωτό ενοφθαλμισμό σε δύο χρονικές περιόδους (άνοιξη και φθινόπωρο). Οι στόχοι ήταν να συλλεχθούν δεδομένα για τα ποσοστά επιτυχίας των εμβολιασμών στις δύο χρονικές περιόδους και να αναπαραχθούν, ώστε να μην χαθούν, οι παραδοσιακές ποικιλίες της Ηπείρου. Σύμφωνα με τα αποτελέσματα του πειράματος, οι ποικιλίες κερασιάς ‘Μαυροκέρασα Ρετσιανών’ και ‘Ζαγορίσια Πετροκέρασα’ έδωσαν ικανοποιητικά ποσοστά επιτυχίας κατά τον εμβολιασμό τους 75% και 60% αντίστοιχα, όπως και οι ποικιλίες αχλαδιάς ‘Πέαρι Κουτσουφλιανής’ (50% το φθινόπωρο και 70% την άνοιξη), ‘Κέδρος Ρετσιανών’ (60% το φθινόπωρο) και ‘Κρυστάλλι Κρανέας’ (90% το φθινόπωρο). Η ποικιλία ‘Μηλιά Ρετσιανών’ είχε κατά τον εμβολιασμό της ποσοστά επιτυχίας 70% και στις 2 εποχές. Για τις δαμασκηνιές ‘Άσπρη Αρτοπούλας’ και ‘Βουνόρεια’ υπήρξε πλήρης αποτυχία κατά τον εμβολιασμό τους το φθινόπωρο σε αντίθεση με την άνοιξη, όπου η ποικιλία ‘Βουνόρεια’ έδωσε υψηλό ποσοστό επιτυχίας (75%). Επίσης, από τα αποτελέσματα προκύπτει ότι η καταλληλότερη εποχή για ασπιδιωτό ενοφθαλμισμό είναι η άνοιξη, καθώς τότε επιτεύχθηκαν τα υψηλότερα ποσοστά επιτυχίας σε όλα τα είδη που μελετήθηκαν. | el |
| heal.abstract | The subject of this thesis is the study of the propagation of local traditional pome and stone plant varieties of Epirus. The varieties used were found within the framework of the Eco – Variety research program. All varieties were propagated with shield budding technique in two time periods (autumn and spring). The objectives were to collect data on the success rates of graft propagation in the two periods and to propagate plants, in order not to lose, the traditional varieties of Epirus. According to the results of the experiment, the cherry varieties ‘Mavrokerasa Retsianon’ and ‘Zagorisia Petrokerasa’ gave satisfactory success rates during their propagation of 75% and 60% respectively, as well as the pear varieties ‘Peari Koutsouflianis’ (50% in autumn and 70% in spring), ‘Kedros Retsianon’ (60% in autumn) and ‘Krystalli Kraneas’ (90% in autumn). The variety ‘Milia Retsianon’ had a success rate of 70% during the shield budding of both seasons. For the plum trees ‘Aspri Artopoulas’ and ‘Vounoria’ there was a complete failure success rate during their shield budding in autumn as opposed to spring, that the variety ‘Vounoria’ gave a high success rate of (75%). Also, the results show that the most suitable season for graft propagation is spring, as the highest success rates were achieved in spring in all the species studied. | en |
