| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία αποτελείται από δύο μέρη, το θεωρητικό και το πρακτικό. Στο πρώτο μέρος γίνεται αναφορά στην καλλιέργεια της πορτοκαλιάς, τα μορφολογικά χαρακτηριστικά, στις οικολογικές της απαιτήσεις, καθώς και στις διάφορες ποικιλίες πορτοκαλιάς. Επίσης, γίνεται αναφορά στην ανθοφορία και τα χαρακτηριστικά της, στην καρπόδεση, καθώς και στη χρήση των βιοδιεγερτών και των αμινοξέων στη γεωργία. Το δεύτερο μέρος της διπλωματικής εργασίας αφορά το πειραματικό μέρος, όπου μελετήθηκε η επίδραση που μπορεί να έχει η εφαρμογή ενός βιοδιεγέρτη με αμινοξέα στην ανθοφορία και την καρπόδεση της πορτοκαλιάς ποικιλίας ‘Navelina’. Σύμφωνα με τα αποτελέσματα, η εφαρμογή αμινοξέων πριν την ανθοφορία δεν επηρέασε σημαντικά την ανθοφορία και την ανάπτυξη καρπιδίων στα δένδρα αλλά, όμως, οδήγησε σε αυξημένο αριθμό καρπών που παρέμειναν στο δένδρο και σε υψηλότερο ποσοστό καρπόδεσης, σε σύγκριση με τα δένδρα που δεν ψεκάστηκαν (μάρτυρες). | el |
| heal.abstract | This thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical and the experimental part. The first part deals with the cultivation of the orange tree, its morphological characteristics, its ecological requirements and the different varieties of orange trees. It also deals with flowering and its characteristics, fruitset and the use of biostimulants and amino acids in agriculture. The second part of the thesis concerns the experimental part, where the effect that the application of a biostimulant with amino acids can have on the flowering and fruiting of the orange variety 'Navelina' was studied. According to the results, the application of amino acids before flowering did not significantly affect flowering and fruiting in the trees but, however, led to an increased number of fruits remaining on the tree and a higher fruitset, compared to the trees that were not sprayed (controls). | en |
