| heal.abstract | Στην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία έχουμε σαν αντικείμενο έρευνας την ανάλυση τεχνικών και μεθοδολογιών Προγραμματισμού και Ελέγχου Παραγωγής που χρησιμοποιούνται στο σύγχρονο βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον. Αναλυτικότερα, θα γίνει παρουσίαση και ιστορική αναδρομή γνωστών παραγωγικών συστημάτων καθώς επίσης και ανάλυση τεχνικών για την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση των αποθεμάτων. Θα εστιάσουμε στην μελέτη περίπτωση μας που αφορά μια σοκολατοβιομηχανία με πολλά χρόνια πορείας στην ελληνική αγορά, στις μεθόδους προγραμματισμού παραγωγής των προϊόντων της, καθώς και στις μεθόδους που χρησιμοποιεί για τον έλεγχο και τη διαχείριση των αποθεμάτων της. | el |
