| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής είναι να παρουσιάσει την καλλιέργεια της συκιάς στο Νομό Λακωνίας και συγκεκριμένα στην περιοχή των Μολάων αλλά να γίνει και αναφορά στην παραγωγή των ξηρών σύκων που δραστηριοποιείται εδώ στην γύρω περιοχή των Μολάων για τα οποία φημίζονται κιόλας. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρονται γενικά στοιχεία της συκιάς όπως είναι η καταγωγή και διάδοση της καλλιέργειας και η καλλιεργούμενη έκταση και παραγωγή. Επίσης αναφέρονται βοτανικά χαρακτηριστικά του δέντρου, άνθηση-επικονίαση-γονιμοποίηση, τρόπος καρποφορίας, ποικιλίες, οι απαιτήσεις του σχετικά με το κλίμα, το έδαφος και την άρδευσή του. Αναφέρονται οι τεχνικές καλλιέργειας, ο πολλαπλασιασμός, οι ποικιλίες και στο τέλος οι εχθροί και οι ασθένειες των σύκων. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναφέρονται γεωγραφικά και κλιματολογικά χαρακτηριστικά στο νομό, συκοπαραγωγικές περιοχές και ποικιλίες στο νομό. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται στη μεταποίηση των σύκων στη Λακωνία και συγκεκριμένα στην ωρίμανση,συγκομιδή,αποξήρανση,απεντόμωση,πλύσιμο-βράσιμο,τυποποίηση,συσκευασία και τύποι συσκευασίας, ετικέτες και τελική απεντόμωση. | el |
| heal.abstract | The purpose of this thesis is to present the cultivation of figs in the prefecture of Laconia, specifically in the area of Molaoi, but also to mention the production of dried figs that is active here in the surrounding area of Molaoi, for which they are already famous. In the first chapter, general information about the fig tree is mentioned, such as the origin and spread of the crop and the cultivated area and production. Botanical characteristics of the tree, flowering-pollination-fertilization, mode of fruiting, varieties, and its requirements regarding climate, soil and irrigation are also mentioned. Cultivation techniques, propagation, fertilization, pruning and finally enemies and diseases and post-harvest infestations of fruits are mentioned. In the second chapter, geographical and climatic characteristics in the prefecture, fig-producing areas and varieties in the prefecture are mentioned. In the third chapter it refers to the processing of figs in Laconia and specifically to ripening, harvesting, drying, disinfestations, washing-boiling, standardization, packaging and types of packaging, labels and final disinfestations. | el |
