| heal.abstract | Στην εργασία αυτή γίνεται προσπάθεια ανάλυσης και αξιολόγησης της βιωσιμότητας των πέντε μεγαλύτερων εταιρειών του βιομηχανικού κλάδου που δραστηριοποιούνται στην Περιφέρεια Ηπείρου. Η εργασία χωρίζεται σε δύο μέρη. Στο Α΄ μέρος – θεωρητική προσέγγιση αναλύονται οι έννοιες της Χρηματοοικονομικής ανάλυσης, ο σκοπός και η χρήση τους από τα ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη. Επίσης αναλύονται σε θεωρητικό πλαίσιο τα συστατικά στοιχεία μιας χρηματοοικονομικής ανάλυσης και αναφέρονται οι βασικοί δείκτες ανάλυσης και χρηματοοικονομικής προσέγγισης. Στο Β’ μέρος – ερευνητικό, μελετώνται και αναλύονται με τη μέθοδο του Altman Z-Score (Altman, 1968), με τη χρήση του λογισμικού προγράμματος microsoft excel, οι οικονομικές καταστάσεις και οι αριθμοδείκτες αποδοτικότητας, ρευστότητας, δραστηριότητας και βιωσιμότητας των εταιρειών Βίκος ΑΕ, Χήτος ΑΒΕΕ, Πλαστικά Θράκης pack ΑΒΕΕ, Νιτσιάκος ΑΒΕΕ & Δωδώνη ΑΕ, σε βάθος δεκαετίας και συγκεκριμένα για την περίοδο 2009-2019 που αφορά την περίοδο της οικονομικής κρίσης στην Ελλάδα και εξάγονται συμπεράσματα σχετικά με το πώς/εάν επηρέασε το δυσμενές οικονομικό κλίμα τη λειτουργία των μεγάλων επιχειρήσεων στην Περιφέρεια Ηπείρου. Για την ανάλυση βιωσιμότητας και την ανίχνευση πιθανότητας χρεωκοπίας χρησιμοποιήθηκε το μοντέλο του Altman z-score στη βασική του εκδοχή (1968). | el |
| heal.abstract | In this paper, an attempt is made to analyze and evaluate the viability of the five largest companies in the industrial sector operating in the Region of Epirus. The work is divided into two parts. In part A - theoretical approach, the concepts of financial analysis, their purpose and use by the interested parties are analyzed. The components of a financial analysis are also analyzed in a theoretical framework and the main indicators of analysis and financial approach are mentioned. In the second part - research, the financial statements and the indicators of efficiency, liquidity, activity and sustainability of the companies Vikos SA, Chitos SA, Thrace plastics pack SA, Nitsiakos SA & Dodoni SA are studied and analyzed with the use of excel software, for a period of ten years and specifically for the period 2009 – 2019, which concerns the period of the economic crisis in Greece and conclusions are drawn regarding how/if the adverse economic climate affected the operation of large enterprises in the Region of Epirus.
