| heal.abstract | Η Κατάσταση Ταμειακών Ροών αποτελεί τη βασικότερη χρηματοοικονομική κατάσταση μετά από τις καταστάσεις αποτελεσμάτων και οικονομικής θέσης, τις οποίες δημοσιεύουν οι επιχειρήσεις σύμφωνα με τα Διεθνή Πρότυπα Χρηματοοικονομικής Αναφοράς (IFRS). Αρκετοί οικονομικοί αναλυτές, θεωρούν ότι η Κατάσταση Ταμειακών Ροών είναι ίσως η πιο σημαντική χρηματοοικονομική κατάσταση γιατί, σε συνδυασμό με τις άλλες δύο καταστάσεις, δείχνει τη δυνατότητα της εταιρείας για συνέχιση της δραστηριότητάς της. Επιπλέον, οι αριθμοδείκτες που σχετίζονται με την Κατάσταση Ταμειακών Ροών είναι ένα χρήσιμο εργαλείο στα χέρια των αναλυτών, παρουσιάζοντας μια σαφή εικόνα για την πορεία της επιχείρησης, τη θέση της στον ανταγωνισμό με άλλες εταιρείες του κλάδου, την ταμειακή της επάρκεια, τη φερεγγυότητά της και τον τρόπο χρήσης των περιουσιακών της στοιχείων. Στην παρούσα εργασία γίνεται ανάλυση τάσης των ενδιάμεσων συνοπτικών καταστάσεων ταμειακών ροών, των α΄ εξαμήνων των ετών 2020 και 2021, για τις πέντε εισηγμένες στο Χρηματιστήριο Αξιών Αθηνών βιομηχανίες τροφίμων, ανάλυση κοινού μεγέθους και υπολογίζονται οι αριθμοδείκτες που σχετίζονται με αυτές. Στόχος ήταν να βρεθεί ο βαθμός κατά τον οποίο η πανδημία του Covid-19 επηρέασε τις συγκεκριμένες επιχειρήσεις του κλάδου ως προς τη ρευστότητά τους, την εξυπηρέτηση του χρέους τους, καθώς και τις επενδύσεις τους. | el |
| heal.abstract | The Cash Flow Statement is the main financial statement after the income and financial position statements, which are published by companies in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Many financial analysts believe that the Cash Flow Statement is perhaps the most important financial statement because, in combination with the other two statements, it shows the ability of the company to continue its activity. In addition, financial ratios related to the Cash Flow Statement are a useful tool in the hands of analysts, presenting a clear picture of the course of the business, its position in competition with other companies in the industry, its cash adequacy, its solvency and how to use its assets. In the present work, a trend analysis of the interim consolidated cash flow statements, of the first half of the years 2020 and 2021, for the five food industries listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, a common size analysis and the related financial ratios are calculated.
