| heal.abstract | Στην Ελλάδα, η οικονομική ύφεση οδήγησε στην ταχύτατη αύξηση της ανεργίας, από το 8,4% (2007), σε 27,5% το 2013, ενώ το 2020 ήταν περίπου 15,47%. Ο πληθυσμός των νέων επηρεάστηκε έντονα, όσον αφορά την απορρόφησή τους στην αγορά εργασίας, φέρνοντας νέα δεδομένα στον εργασιακό τομέα. Τα μεγάλα διαστήματα ανεργίας επηρεάζουν άμεσα τη μελλοντική απασχολησιμότητα, τον κίνδυνο φτώχειας αλλά και τον κίνδυνο του κοινωνικού αποκλεισμού. Η παρούσα εργασία έχει ως σκοπό να εξετάσει το φαινόμενο της ανεργίας των νέων μετά την ολοκλήρωση της εκπαιδευτικής τους δραστηριότητας, αλλά και τις δυσκολίες που αντιμετωπίζουν οι νέοι προκειμένου να ενταχθούν ομαλά στην αγορά εργασίας Σκοπός της έρευνας είναι ο έλεγχος ανεξαρτησίας μεταξύ των κοινωνικοδημογραφικών χαρακτηριστικών, όπως είναι το φύλο και το επίπεδο εκπαίδευσης με την εργασία. Επίσης, ο έλεγχος ανεξαρτησίας μεταξύ του επιπέδου εκπαίδευσης και της συνάφειας εργασίας με το αντικείμενο των σπουδών. Στη συνέχεια γίνεται διερεύνηση των απόψεων των νέων ηλικίας (15-34) και (35 +), αναφορικά με τις δεξιότητες που προσφέρονται μέσα από την εκπαίδευση, αλλά και για την συμβολή των προγραμμάτων εκπαίδευσης ενηλίκων στην εύρεση εργασίας. Τέλος, γίνεται συσχέτιση του χρόνου εισόδου στην αγορά εργασίας μετά την απόκτηση του πτυχίου και των δεξιοτήτων που αποκτήθηκαν από την εκπαίδευση. Το ερευνητικό εργαλείο που χρησιμοποιήθηκε ήταν το ερωτηματολόγιο και το δείγμα της έρευνας αποτέλεσαν συνολικά 266 άτομα. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας έδειξαν πως παράγοντες όπως είναι το φύλο, επηρεάζει την άποψη των ατόμων, αναφορικά με τη συμβολή των προγραμμάτων εκπαίδευσης στην εύρεση εργασίας. Επίσης, η πρακτική άσκηση συσχετίζεται με την εξέλιξη των δεξιοτήτων, στο πλαίσιο της εκπαιδευτικής διαδικασίας. Επίσης, διαπιστώνεται συσχέτιση μεταξύ του επιπέδου εκπαίδευσης και της συνάφειας εργασίας με το αντικείμενο σπουδών. Τέλος, υπάρχει στατιστικώς σημαντική διαφορά στις απόψεις των νέων ηλικίας 15-34 και 35+, σχετικά με τη συμβολή των προγραμμάτων εκπαίδευσης ενηλίκων και των δεξιοτήτων που προσφέρονται μέσα από την εκπαίδευση. | el |
| heal.abstract | In Greece, the economic crisis led to a rapid increase in unemployment, from 8.4% in 2007 to 27.5% in 2013, while in 2020 it was around 15.47%. The young population was strongly influenced in terms of their absorption in the labor market, bringing new data to the labor sector. Long periods of unemployment directly affect to future employability and also the risk of poverty and the social exclusion. The purpose of this study is to examine the phenomenon of youth unemployment after completing their educational activity and to point the difficulties that young people face, in order to integrate smoothly into the labor market. The purpose of the research is to check the independence between socio-demographic characteristics, such as gender and level of education through work. Also, the control of independence between the level of education and the relevance of employment with the object of undergraduate studies. Then the views of young people aged (15-34) and (35+) are explored, regarding the skills offered through education, but also about the contribution of adult education programs in finding a job. Finally, there is a correlation between the time of entry into the labor market after obtaining the degree and the skills acquired through education. The research tool used was the questionnaire and the research sample consisted of a total of 266 people. The results of the research showed that factors such as gender, affect the view of individuals regarding the contribution of training programs to finding work. Also, the internship is related to the development of skills, in the context of the educational process. Also, there is a correlation between the level of education and the relevance of employment with the object of undergraduate studies. Finally, there is a statistically significant difference in the views of young people aged 15-34 and 35 plus, regarding the contribution of adult education programs and the skills offered through education. | en |
