heal.abstract | Nd2Fe14B films prepared by r.f. magnetron sputtering were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and magnetic measurements. Rietveld analysis of the XRD data show that the main phase is 55 wt.% Nd2Fe14B. Magnetization measurements as a function of temperature show a spin reorientation around 145 K. These results are compared with those of the bulk material. | en |
