| heal.abstract | Clinical records are necessary in the operation of hospitals. Electronic Healthcare Records, although a promising technology, demonstrate small penetration levels in hospitals. In this paper we present a newly developed platform that captures unstructured, natural language medical data and stores it to the EHR in a structured way according to international standards. The platform can foster the use of EHRs in eveyday practice and enchance the quality of healthcare records.
