This paper studies the linguistic representations of defiance of children’s speech, aged four to eight, during the educational program. Also, it proposes ways for their fruitful treatment of educators in order, to enhance their linguistic skills at kindergarten. For the fulfillment of this study, many authentic children speeches were collected and categorized into subcategories and information by educators via the distribution of questionnaires. The speeches were analyzed according to the Critical Discourse Analysis system and the questionnaire data according to the Statistics Software Package SPSS (21st edition). The research findings proved that children often assess both the lesson process and the overall educator’s attitude, in a strict and precise way. At the same time, educators seem to be tolerant towards this kind of dispute. In fact, some of them attempt to exploit this as a way to implement a project in general, rather than for the reinforcement of the linguistic lesson itself.
