School director contribution towards creating a collaborative culture within primary school environment (Master thesis)

The aim of this paper is to investigate the role of the school director in the for-mulation of collaborative culture on a primary school unit. The paper is divided into two parts. The first one presents the analysis of the research questions and the theo-retical approach that can support the specific issue. The second part is based on the methodology and the results of the empirical research. Finally, the discussion con-nects the theoretical foundation with the researcher conclusion.
