| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία μελετά το ρόλο του διευθυντή στη διαμόρφωση κουλτούρας συνεργασίας στη σχολική μονάδα της Πρωτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης. Η εργασία διακρίνεται σε δύο μέρη. Στο πρώτο μέρος παρατίθενται η προβληματική της έρευνας καθώς και οι θεωρητικές προσεγγίσεις που θεμελιώνουν το θέμα. Στο δεύτερο μέρος, παρουσιάζονται τα στοιχεία της μεθοδολογίας και τα ευρήματα της σχετικής εμπειρικής έρευνας. Στη συνέχεια, στη συζήτηση διατυπώνονται η σύνδεση ανάμεσα στο θεωρητικό πλαίσιο και τα συμπεράσματα που προκύπτουν από την έρευνα. | el |
