| heal.abstract | Στην παρούσα μελέτη διερευνάται ο ρόλος του διευθυντή στη διαδικασία υλοποίησης της αυτοαξιολόγησης της σχολικής μονάδας, καθώς ο διευθυντής φέρει την κύρια ευθύνη οργάνωσης, υποστήριξης και συντονισμού της αυτοαξιολόγησης. Ειδικότερα, επιχειρείται να εξεταστούν, μέσα από τις θεωρητικές και ερευνητικές προσεγγίσεις της ελληνόγλωσσης και ξενόγλωσσης βιβλιογραφίας, οι πρακτικές, οι ενέργειες κι οι πρωτοβουλίες που οφείλει να ακολουθήσει ο διευθυντής κατά τη διάρκεια υλοποίησης της αυτοαξιολόγησης. Με βάση αυτή την προσέγγιση θα προσπαθήσουμε να αναδείξουμε τους διάφορους ρόλους που καλείται να αναλάβει. Η μέθοδος που θα αξιοποιήσουμε στη μελέτη μας είναι η ιστορική έρευνα. Τα βασικά συμπεράσματα της έρευνας είναι ότι: (α) ο Διευθυντής της σχολικής μονάδας μπορεί να δημιουργήσει όλες εκείνες τις συνθήκες μέσα στη σχολική μονάδα, στηρίζοντας ουσιαστικά τους εκπαιδευτικούς και πείθοντάς τους για το όφελος των μαθητών από την αυτοαξιολόγηση, ώστε να τους εμπνεύσει και να τους παρακινήσει να την εφαρμόσουν, (β) ο ρόλος που καλείται ο Διευθυντής να αναλάβει ως βασικός εκπρόσωπος της αυτοαξιολόγησης και εγγυητής της εφαρμογής της είναι σύνθετος και εξαρτάται από τις ικανότητες και τα χαρακτηριστικά του ίδιου του Διευθυντή και (γ) η ανώτερη εκπαιδευτική ηγεσία θέλοντας να διασφαλίσει την επιτυχή υλοποίηση της αυτοαξιολόγησης, οφείλει να υποστηρίξει και να ενισχύσει το ρόλο του Διευθυντή με τα κατάλληλα μέτρα. | el |
| heal.abstract | In the present research is studied the role of the Headmaster of the School in the procedure of the implementation of the Self-Evaluation of the school unit as the the principal responsibility for the organization, support and coordination of the Self-Evaluation lies with the Director of the school. Particularly, is attempted to examine through theoretical and research approaches of Greek-language and foreign-language literature the practices, actions and initiatives to be followed by the Headmaster of the School during implementation of the Self-Evaluation of the school highlighting the different roles that needs to take using historic research as a method. The main conclusions of the survey are: (a) the Headmaster of the school unit is supposed to create all those conditions within the school unit by effectively supporting teachers and persuading them for the benefit of the students from Self-Evaluation to inspire them and motivate them to apply it, (b) the role which the Headmaster is supposed to play as the main representative of the Self- Evaluation and the guarantor of its implementation is complex and depends on the skills and characteristics of the Headmaster himself and (c) the high education leadership trying to ensure successful implementation of Self-Evaluation, is required to support the role of the Director with the appropriate measures. | en |
