The present study aims at highlighting the factors that are related to the pedagogical, administrative and social dimensions of the role of education executives in the 21st century. Considering that the contribution of executives to the shaping and success of educational events and reforms is decisive, we are urged to investigate this role and their attitudes in relation to their profession but mainly in relation to the exert of administrative tasks and hierarchical structures within the educational system.
