| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία διερεύνησε και αξιολόγησε το πλαίσιο λειτουργίας των πολυθέσιων Δημοτικών Σχολείων, δίνοντας ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στα ζητήματα της καθημερινότητας αυτών. Ασχολήθηκε με την οργάνωση και τη διοίκηση του συγκεκριμένου τύπου σχολείου, σε επίπεδο νομοθετικού πλαισίου, αλλά και περιγραφής της λειτουργίας τους, μέσα από την αναλυτική παρουσίαση στοιχείων που καλύπτουν ένα πλήρες σχολικό έτος. Αποτελείται από δύο μέρη, το θεωρητικό και το εμπειρικό, τα οποία απαρτίζονται από πέντε επιμέρους κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο και δεύτερο κεφάλαιο γίνονται οι απαραίτητες προσεγγίσεις των βασικών εννοιών που θα χρησιμοποιηθούν σε ζητήματα αξιολόγησης, οργάνωσης και διοίκησης, ενώ στο τρίτο παρουσιάζεται το βασικό νομοθετικό πλαίσιο λειτουργίας των Δημοτικών Σχολείων, με έμφαση στις πολυθέσιες σχολικές μονάδες. Στο κεφάλαιο που ακολουθεί, χρησιμοποιώντας τα μεθοδολογικά εργαλεία της «Ανάλυσης Περιεχομένου» και της «Μελέτης Περίπτωσης», περιγράφονται ζητήματα της καθημερινής λειτουργίας αυτών των σχολείων, παρουσιάζονται θέματα που αποτελούν «σημεία τριβής» ανάμεσα στους συντελεστές της εκπαίδευσης, καθώς και ελλείψεις του νομοθετικού πλαισίου. Συγχρόνως, για λόγους αμεσότητας, κατατίθενται προτάσεις για την επίλυση αυτών των ζητημάτων. Το πέμπτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο, περιλαμβάνει τη γενική αξιολόγηση της οργάνωσης και διοίκησης των πολυθέσιων Δημοτικών Σχολείων, γίνεται συζήτηση και αποτυπώνονται οι τελικές διαπιστώσεις. | el |
| heal.abstract | This essay has explored and evaluated the operational framework for the primary schools with a multiplicity of teaching posts, emphasizing on issues of their everyday operation. It has dealt with the organization and administration of the specific educational institute on a legislative framework level, as well as with the description of its operation, through the analytical data presentation for a whole school year. It consists of two general parts, the theoretical one and the empirical one, which comprise five individual chapters. In the first and second chapters we have the necessary concept approaches for the basic concepts employed on issues of evaluation, organization and administration, whereas in the third chapter we have the basic legislative framework for the operation of primary schools, the emphasis being on the school facilities with a multiplicity of teaching posts. In the following chapter, issues of the daily operation of these schools are described, along with the presentation of controversial issues amongst the agents of education, as well as the shortcomings of the legislative framework, with the use of the methodological tools of “Content Analysis” and “Case Study”. Simultaneously, for immediacy reasons, there are suggestions made for the settlement of these issues. The fifth and final chapter includes the general evaluation of the organization and administration of the schools with a multiplicity of teaching posts followed by a discussion and the final ascertainments are made. | en |
