We report the case of a 47 year old woman with rheumatoid arthritis and infiltrates on chest radiogram. Typical features of eosinophilic pneumonia were detected upon open lung biopsy, probably unrelated to hydroxychloroquine, the only drug administered to the patient. Good response to steroids was obtained. This case brings to light one more example of the rare association between chronic eosinophilic pneumonia and rheumatoid arthritis.en
